The staff at the Leominster were professional but understanding and came up with different solutions to try and sell our property. Unfortunately, due to its condition we have had to take it off the market and do it up.

I went to view a property with Natasha on Saturday. She is such a happy and energetic person who made me and my family feel extremely welcome and relaxed. When she didn't know an answer she was honest and said she would find out for me. She gets a 10 from us all and I would happily view with her in the future.

Rhys met us at the property in Orleton .He was polite friendly professional. He showed us around the property answered all questions we asked of him .He also shared information about the area which was very useful .

We are potential buyers and recently booked to view a a property on the market with Chancellors. From the onset the extremely helpful Natasha arranged our viewing and accurately confirmed the details immediately by e-mail. We were the first to view the property that day and arrived slightly early to be met by Rhys who was already there and welcomed us in a warm and friendly manner. Rhys showed us around the property and grounds explaining each area in detail and competently answering the questions we had and at no rushed us.We are sure that the vendors would have been delighted with those who were working on their behalf. Rhys, my contact at Chancellors, was polite, pleasant and knowledgeable about the property I viewed. Confirming the viewing arrangements both by email and by phone was helpful, particularly as I had a 4 hour journey to get there. I thought the phone call after the viewing showed a professional approach rounding off an overall good experience. (it doesn't happen with all estate agents.)

The thing I really like about Chancellors Leominster is that they always keep you in the loop. Call every week to say what had gone on with viewings or people who have shown an interest in my property.

I have recently made and had accepted an offer on a property in Leominster. Chancellors are the agents managing the sale. The staff have been extremely helpful, and professional.
I had not been sure how it would all progress, and had occasion to ring the Leominster office with my concerns. These related, simply, to what was expected to happen next in order to progress with the purchase of the property. Natasha explained the procedure very clearly and was able to put my mind at rest on all my main concerns. It is widely accepted that buying and selling a house can be a very stressful time for everyone, but I feel well supported in the process.
