Communication was very effective. There are support staff who liaise closely with sellers, buyers and their respective solicitors. Maria Davies was particularly helpful. She is the sort of person who makes things happen rather than wait for something to happen. Being proactive is the most important quality for me.

Kashan Muahmmed at Chancellors has been an absolute wonderful to work with. throughout my home leting journey. His patience and professionalism have been invaluable. He has always been available to answer questions, provide guidance, and keep me updated on the process. His so please to have him all of the

Everyone who was dealing with our selling was good and doing our Job but Mr Rakesh Jethwa has done exceptionally well from the day one.He is very helpful,professional,supportive and very much dedicated to his work.

I’ve been trying to reach out to Kashan regarding the removal of my property listing, but unfortunately, my messages have not been acknowledged or responded to. While I initially appreciated their enthusiasm in listing my property, the lack of communication at this stage is frustrating and unprofessional. I’m hoping this review will prompt the team to respond and address this matter promptly. Reliable and transparent communication is essential in this industry, and I would be grateful for timely assistance moving forward.

I am very old client of Chancellors and I have found them to be responsible and totally trustworthy.

I had a bad experience with southeast property management, they are making us fool and not returning our deposit. I lived in property which was impacted by fire incident , after struggling for one and half month I decided to leave the property, after agreement from southeast management associate and landlord they provided me go ahead to leave the property after their approval I left the property and cleared all dues. Instead of returning our deposit they are asking rent from us. Even after we have handed over keys to them on agreed date.

This is totally so unprofessional , they are asking rent for the property where authorities not allowed to live anyone.
