Since the three years of my life renting with agents, Ben is the best housing agent I have encountered, he knows his job, provides alternative solutions to any difficulties noted during the process of referencing to ensure a smooth acceptance and move into the property, I didn’t see him in person but he is very understanding and very hopeful during calls which I always look forward to to calm my nerves in the process.
