Didn't force us to do anything with their solicitors or other kind of fees (we decided don't buy from another agency because they were forcing us to do everything with them), they were fair and helped during the discussing with other solicitors as we were in a chain.

Purchasing a property especially for the first time can be extremely stressful but Mellisa has helped alleviate a lot of this with her professional approach and kind human nature. She has always been very quick to responding to any queries or concerns I may have and has always been a pleasure to communicate with.
