Chancellors - Specialist Sales レビュー 

I put my flat on the market with Challenors in Newbury. The sales team there did a good job in advising me on the price, m,arketing the property and finding me a buyer. Once the offer had been accepted and documented, the sale was passed to Ruby Irving at the Bracknell Specialist Sales office. The process of the sale became complex and was not helped by the utter lack of response by some of the 3rd parties from whom information or action was rquired. Ruby was excellent at chasing them to respond and supply the necessary documentation or responses. She reported to me regularly on the progress and, in the final stages, kept checking progress with all the parties. It was Ruby who told me that contracts had been exchanged, before even my solicitor was able to tell me. Throughout the long period the sale process continued (early September to late January) Ruby remained cheerful, upbeat and, especially, efficient in making sure it didn't stall. She did a terrific job. I called her an absolute gem on the phone without realising it was a pun on her name, but I can think of no better description of her.

Tanja and I had a protracted sale on my house as the sale fell through shortly before Exchange due to a chain break. However it was revived and we continued to success this month. Tanja was very patient with me being a first time seller and very anxious. She acted on my promptings with good grace and chased other parties frequently if I asked, to put my mind at ease. She deserves a medal for patience and hard work in a not easy job. Many thank Tanja.

I mostly dealt with Ruby throughout my purchase process and overall I had a positive experience. Unfortunately, the offer-to-exchange process took much longer than expected due to delays on the part of the seller's landlord. But, aside from that, working with the Chancellors sales team has been a pretty smooth journey - I can't say I have any major complaints at all.

Found it easy to contact and receive regular updates regarding my sale. They always kept me informed of any changes to the sale. I'd highly recommend Chancellors Estate Agents for buying or selling a property.
