We have worked with Stephen Brown for a number of years. We have found that he is someone you can trust to advise you based on your situation and interests. Nothing is too much trouble. He has provided excellent service to us.

Have been using them for years now. Jessica is brilliant. Always readily available on the phone or email. Always searching for the best deals and keeping you informed. Very happy with their service and highly recommend.

Kathryn was great about finding me the best options for remortgaging, fitting the advice to my specific circumstances. Most importantly she proactively got in touch to help me change plans as rates suddenly shot up, and saved me a fortune in the process. All of the communication has been prompt, professional, friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've used Kathryn to find a mortgage and wouldn't hesitate to do it again.

Great service, helped on all aspects of the purchase

Exceeded expectations in every way. An extremely knowledgeable mortgage broker who made the whole process clear and straightforward. Even after the mortgage was approved, the level of support and guidance was fantastic. I truly couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you!

Use another broker. John Charcol were dodgy in my experience.

Doped me as a customer for no reason just as my offer was accepted. Withdrew mortgage offer which also affected my credit score. NO REASONS GIVEN.

The recommended a conveyancer with was later suspended by SRA. So also got screwed with that. Nice one JC. Cheers for the stress, damage to credit score and now out of pocket as I had to get another solicitor to sort out the issues.

XYZ Law also tried to charge me for services already paid for.

The "Partner" at JC was a decent bloke, but they gave no shits about the customer. Just another number. Don't give your business to these kind of companies. I ended up with an independent broker which I found to be my saviour.
