We’re sorry you feel you didn’t obtain a competitive rate. As with all mortgage products, they are subject to specific lender criteria and an individual’s eligibility. Unfortunately, this means that not all products are available to every customer and may result in an individual not being eligible for the lowest rates. As a mortgage broker, lender criteria is not something we can directly change, but we will always assess the market for the best rate available to our customers.

I had a remortgage handled by Steven…
I had a remortgage handled by Steven King and support from Gwyn. The communication was good and they always help as much as they can, in going that extra mile for their clients. I would recommend them happily to family and friends.

The level of service provided by Abul was to say the least fantastic.
I had a reply almost straight away and several quotes with I few hrs unlike majority of the companies I have used
Based on Abuls service and super fast quote I highly recommend this company
