B2L Mortgages
Great support provided from the Mortgage Team who provided great options for B2L mortgages with suitable providers. They understand and have experience in whole of the market. They kept me informed throughout the process of re-mortgaging. They are also helping me to look for new products for my B2L portfolio.
All staff are very helpful and great customer service and very fast with their responses and providing experienced guidance.
I was so glad to engage Charleston who delivered for me within my very short timescales.

1st time that I have dealt with auctions and getting finance! Charlston staff have been incredible. Staff showed knowledge, calmness and where happy to answer my many questions throughout the process.

Exceptional customer service
Steven King took the time to understand my situation and recommended the best product that suited me. Nikki Cutler (my dedicated mortgage account manager) also acted promptly to ensure I met my completion deadline in just under six weeks. Always Deliver
Been using Charleston for years now and they always deliver. I've had moments of frustration with them atimes but overall they always come through and have deals for complex cases too. I've recommended Charleston to friends. On to the next deal!

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Connie Elam regarding a Commercial BTL mortgage. Our conversation was not only friendly but also highly professional.
Connie demonstrated a good understanding of the BTL market rates and the specific product we required. Impressively, she promptly provided a quote based on the information we provided during the call.

Connie Elam is outstanding
Connie Elam is an outstanding case manager/senior. Not only has she pulled a rabbit out of her hat (earning a nickname of Harry Potter) she then pulled a dinosaur with an upgraded nickname of Dumbledore!
She is on the brink of pulling Godzilla from the hat, so I’m now working on a new nickname that dwarfs her current one! 😋

I'm extremely disappointed with the…
I'm extremely disappointed with the service I have received from you and Charleston Financial Services. I feel I have been lied to and scammed out of £150 application fee. Apparently, they applied for my loan, but done it wrong. When I called the company they had no application for my loan. They said they just changed their minds and decided not go go ahead with the loan. They then proceeded to search for another loan with much higher rates and was unaffordable for me.

Rude advisor
Very rude advisor answered the phone today at 14:40. Not helpful at all. Would not recommend. If you hate working as a call centre and molies then get a new job- don’t take it out on potential customers.
