Have taken a Club Med holiday every year bar one for the last 12 years. But their response to Covid is nothing short of pathetic. Defies the principles on which Club Med was founded. Crazy signs? We are all just a cog in the Chinese owner’s machine. Club Med sold out and this is the result.

En moyenne 1h30 d attente pour tomber sur des personnes incompétentes et limite agressives !!!! Je m attendais de la part du club Med un peu plus de sérieux et de professionnalisme quand on sait le prix pour partir dans leur club !!!!
Notre voyage en Guadeloupe est prévu au mois de Juillet mais nous ne savons pas si le club sera ouvert .... la seule réponse du club : il faut attendre.

Club Med have stolen our money, the owner is either using it to fund the Business or just collecting the interest it's disgusting, illegal and wrong, funny how you can still give them money. No problem transferring funds then? Staff working from home can take funds in? but apparently the system will not let them refund.

I hope the massive pressure now backed by the UK government means we will get our money back + interest although I feel a scam coming on.

Disgusting service. Going in the face of the industry and the law, they continue to refuse to refund us our holiday. They could have kept me as a rebooking customer for next year (and years after) if they had given me control of money, but instead they have done everything to avoid a refund. Crooks.

I will never use them again and recommend the same to anybody i meet.

No reply whatsoever to my emails and calls re cancelled holidays. These companies get government help, yet they are unwilling to refund customers if the holidays were cancelled.

I would leave no star if possible. Communication has been zero even though they hold £15,000 of money on a cancelled trip. Disgusting behaviour. So disappointed. Please beware and Never use for your safety. They deserve to go bust even in these times.

Have sent many emails and had a couple of conversations with Club Med in relation to a late March ski holiday that they cancelled understandably due to Covid. Their customer service has been appalling in relation to handling what i recognise is a difficult situation for all travel operators. They say they will give a cash refund, yet refuse to do, they offer a credit note to a particular date one day, then retract and change terms of it a few weeks later.

While very hard for all, there are good and bad examples of how travel operators have responded to the Covid crisis and Club Med are one of the very worst.

Extremely poor service no communication do not answer the phone and limited standard email responses. Was happy to rebook the cancelled holiday however bit has been 2 months and nothing. Best to avoid this company your money is not safe and they do not honour any bookings

disaster. Over $5000 deposit lost because we can't cancel due to covid. Our only option is to re-book THIS YEAR for a holiday next year when we have no idea of how the situation globally will unpack.

AVOID CLUB MED at all costs until you are 100% sure covid doesn't exist anywhere globally, or club med will screw you big time.

I had a ski holiday booked for March which they cancelled and refused to refund. I rebooked for next year and used part of the credit and then booked a summer holiday for this July( an eternal optimist!) I realised as soon as I confirmed the booking that I had entered the wrong week I wanted the week earlier so I called them directly within 5 minutes of making the booking to change it. There was availability and it seemed it would be straightforward to change it! After calling them at least 5 times they confirmed they could change it but wanted a £150 change fee (3 x £50) I refused to pay it and each time someone says they will deal with and then no one calls me back. Now they are not even answering their phones !! I have been a loyal customer of Club Med for more than 20 years but that counts for nothing their customer service is the worst. I would give 0 stars if that was an option.

Nous tentons vainement de faire prendre en compte (auprès du service clientèle) que le club fait campagne pour attirer des clients avec des réductions non négligeables... ayant déjà réservé et versé un acompte (vu la situation actuelle), nous demandons un geste commercial. On nous répond "le contrat c'est le contrat " et on nous raccroche au nez !!!
Ce sera donc la première et dernière fois que je réserverai dans ce club (étant très active dans le CE de ma boite... 25000 personnes, je vais faire part de mon expérience).

My girlfriend and I have been faithful customers for many years. Never again. Unlawfully, Club Mud flatly refuses to refund the holiday cancelled due to Covid 19. We will not be fobbed off and we will not accept vouchers.

We'd advise everybody to spread the word; Club Med bills itself as a premium operator (despite its deteriorating service in recent years) and charges accordingly. Now, CM is nowhere to be seen. I wonder if they realise the damage they are doing to their business?

We've also written to ATOL and even to - generally toothless - ABTA. Next stop: CMA. Club Med needs to respect the law as it stands, much as Trailfinders, Kuoni and many small operators have done.

I will never book through club med, first and only time. I cancelled my trip before the 90 days and they still gave me a hard time to refund those hidden fees they fail to tell you about upon booking. I fought to get back the $60 resort fee, but apparently they charge their own fee to book air when that wasn't specified at booking, because I would of never booked air with them if it was. Even during this pandemic, they refused to refund me that additional fee. Like I said, I cancelled before the 90 days, no compassion and very sneaky. I will never use them or recommend them.

Myself and a group other friends were headed to Club Med in Turks & Caicos but the islands government shut down and canceled our trip. I understand they are protecting their island but to say your not going to refund us our money but just give us a voucher is a rip off. How can you shut down your island, tell me I cant visit AND keep my money in your bank and collect interest. Is this legal. After this I dont think I would want to do business with you in the future.

Like 1000s of other customers, club med is refusing to refund our family holiday and in unlawfully holding onto our money. I urge everyone not to book a future holiday with them, they are thieves profiting from the COVID 19 virus. They were very quick to lay off all of their resort Staff yet they have kept all paying customers money. I hope this company goes bankrupt, they deserve nothing more.

Zero stars if I could award nothing. Bunch of thieves earning interest off my money they refuse to refund. Supposedly offered a refund credit..ive had no offer, no response and no customer service/loyalty -dont believe they comprehend these words! I didn't pay for my expensive holiday with a credit note and I want my very hard earned, honest money back!

Club Med are a dishonest company. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bad customer service; takes an unlawful stance on refunds even when that is against the LAW in the UK.

Somme totale encaissée avec un avoir potentiel à utiliser d'ci 9 mai 2021 sans savoir si cette croisière sera renouvelée
Apparemment la prochaine réservation devra se faire par téléphone
aucun contact possible par mel
Bref tout est fait pour compliquer la vie du client
je trouve honteux que le club med profite de la situation pour se faire de la trésorerie au détriment de ses clients : un remboursement aurait été le bienvenu
