I've been using CookieScript since 2023 now and it has consistently delivered exactly what I need: a cookie consent solution that's both powerful and easy to tailor. The level of customization for the consent banner – in terms of design as well as functionality – is outstanding. Whether it's matching the banner to a client's brand identity or fine-tuning the consent categories and behavior, CookieScript gives you the control you need without overcomplicating things.

The service has been reliable throughout, and updates have always kept pace with evolving privacy regulations. Support has been responsive whenever I've had questions.

My one piece of constructive feedback relates to the pricing tiers. The jump between the 10-site and 20-site plans feels a bit steep. A more granular pricing structure in that range – say a 15-site option – would be a welcome addition, especially for growing agencies that don't quite need 20 licenses yet but have outgrown 10.

Overall, I'd highly recommend CookieScript to anyone looking for a mature, flexible, and dependable consent management solution.

I recently switched to CookieScript after trying several different cookie banner solutions in the past. One issue I kept running into with other providers was a noticeable drop in my advertising revenue. In some cases this seemed to be caused by incomplete or incorrect implementation of TCF 2.3, which can negatively affect ad monetization.

Since moving to CookieScript, I haven't experienced any of these issues. Everything works smoothly, and it's great that you can easily manage and customize the vendors.

Another big advantage is the flexibility of the banner design. It’s fully customizable and integrates seamlessly with my website’s look and feel. I also appreciate the ability to enable multiple languages, which is very helpful for international visitors.

The default privacy policy provided by CookieScript didn’t completely cover all of my specific needs, so I made a few adjustments myself. However, the actual cookie management and consent handling work very well and exactly as expected.
