The lady who served me today was called May & she was superb. Not only did she give me sound advice, she also wasn't at all pushy, let me try the various sofas in my own time & gave me a lovely coffee to boot!

Sales member was very helpful & friendly. Guided us through the purchase, took time with us & answered all our questions

I went to the Droitwich Worcester store and customer support Assistant Jaz was very helpful and friendly in guiding me through purchasing my first sofa for my new home. I would highly recommend.

We went to DFS on Sunday to look at purchasing a corner sofa, a sales person called Paisley came over and chatted to us and we left purchasing one, Paisley was extremely helpful, she is a credit to DFS.

Salesman was helpful, kept a respectful distance but was there to help and offer advice when required. He wasn't pushy and left us to make our own choices, the actual sales process was smooth and clearly explained. All options for payment were covered with terms to suit us.

I knew which sofa and chair I wanted after looking online, but went to the store to see exactly what they were like. I received excellent service from the friendly and informative staff and placed my order

My husband and I were looking for a sofa as we recently moved to a new house. The sales assistant, Paisley, was welcoming, knowledgeable about the sofa and covered the terms and conditions as well as the care for the sofa. She offered my husband and I a drink which was a lovely touch and she let us have a look around before deciding and ordering a sofa.

Lee was really knowledgeable and talked us through everything we needed to know. He gave us plenty of space and we did not feel pressurised into a sale at all.
Lee is very personable, cheerful and a credit to the company.
