Great customer service
We called into DFS just to browse at sofas, not intending to purchase that day. We were approached by Rachel who was very friendly making us feel relaxed, she was knowledgeable about the product. She emailed us all the information. We left the shop to visit a friend but returned a few hours later to make a purchase. Great customer service.

Lovely lady (Pamela) in store gave us time & space to browse. I think she'd realised my partner & I were between two choices. And once out choice was made, we were offered a coffee & she continued to be very helpful through the purchase.

I recently purchased my new sofas in store and had an excellent experience from start to finish. Louis looked after me throughout the process and provided outstanding customer service.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and incredibly patient, taking the time to answer all of my questions and helping me choose the perfect sofas for my home. There was never any pressure to make a decision, just honest advice and a genuine willingness to help.
Louis is a real credit to the DFS Gateshead team. Thank you for making the whole experience so easy and enjoyable. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend DFS to anyone looking for quality furniture backed by exceptional customer service.
