Good service from John. However I’d phoned the main phone line beforehand who told me that the sofa I wanted to see was at that store but it wasn’t

Judged based on appearance.
One member of staff judged me so heavily, she went out of her way and said she was "surprised to see me spending a lot of money".
Other members of sales staff who showed me around the showroom were excellent with phenomenal customer service skills, but the woman who completed my transaction ruined the experience.

All staff were super friendly
All staff were super friendly, really helpful and attentive without being pushy. We felt we could take our time and browse the store. The store is also a really lovely environment - it feels clean, cosy and easy to navigate the different types of sofas.

The team in the Reading store are amazing. I had already searched online and knew what I was after and they where able to answer all the questions I had about delivery and assembly of the new sofa.
They went over the features that I was interested in and it really helped me make up my mind on getting the new sofa. Thanks :)
