Our experience was great!
We were served by Josh.
He was professional in every way,but also extremely personable and friendly.
He explained everything thoroughly to us,and we are really looking forward to delivery of our two new sofas

Samira who served us was both very knowledgeable and helpful. A very pleasant experience.

Jack at the Hedge End store was very helpful when I went in to purchase a new mattress. He listened when I said I wanted a mattress that wouldn’t make me hot. I showed him a photo of the label on my current and he took note of the product features and advised which of the mattresses were the closest match. After trying 4 mattresses I made my choice and eagerly await its delivery.

Very good customer service from Jumehra, didn’t come over and hassle us, waited and was doing some work until we asked. When she came over, was very polite and offered everything but wasn’t pushy or trying to oversell.

Josh is brilliant! Very informative and knowledgeable. He didn’t rush us and made us feel very welcome; his excellent customer service was second to none and made us want to buy from DFS. Will definitely recommend!

Mira was an absolute pleasure to deal with. She explained everything thoroughly! Such a lovely lady and great customer service all round. Very happy with our choice of sofa and looking forward to delivery!

Joe was friendly, knowledgeable and genuinely helpful from start to finish. He took the time to talk us through the different options without ever making us feel pressured or rushed, which made the whole experience really enjoyable.

He answered all of our questions, explained everything clearly and made sure we were completely happy with our choice before going ahead.

Had a great experience today, the gentleman in the shop really helped and was so hands on with helping us gauge the colours we wanted and was so helpful with the measurements.

Super helpful staff member, I can’t remember her name but she did say she’d not long come back to work from sick leave and she was polish. Absolutely lovely woman, very welcoming, friendly and supportive.

kerry was fantastic, she was so helpful and listened to everything we wanted, enabling her to deliver and meet our expectations with everything we asked for. it was also very clear to us that she is obviously an extremely knowledgeable member of the team, as many others team members approached her throughout our visit for her help or advice.
