We were met by Steve but not straight away as what normally happens but he was friendly helpful and knowledgeable by guiding us to see the furniture we were after as it wasn’t at the branch we visited so went to Hedge End to try out the one we were after and returned to see him but unfortunately he was busy so Toby helped us with our purchase and put no pressure on us with what we wanted so 10 out of 10 to both of them.

Excellent staff, well mannered very polite very knowledgeable of the products that they were selling

Went to buy a sofa from DFS and was really impressed with the service received. No hard sales push, took time to explain options and talked us through the sofas we like before agreeing on the one we liked the most. Great service with special mention to Kieran and Reece who were a pleasure to deal with.

Great sales team in Waterlooville store, really listened and understood that i knew what i wanted. No sales pitches.
Only small issues:
* A little slow on order due to a discount i had been given online, however the store honoured it which took a day.
* Unfortunately the 2 items cam e on 2 different days due to different sources and the table was delayed due to courier issues on the day and a different company delivered the itmes who were not experienced with moving furniture..
* i also had to call a DFS technician as the delivery lads had missed 2 or 3 plugs which were tucked up inside the frame -
However, all staff i have dealt with at every stage were friendly and professional throughout. The technician did a very thorough job of checking all issues i had, and arrangng the visit was quick, easy and they turned up on time etc. Without the little issues it would be 5*.

James gave excellant service. Wasn't pushy, was professional, kind, patient and everything we needed when buying a sofa. Would shop there again
