Not Great at Dealing With Issues
I had a delivery with a damaged box and some of the contents were missing. I raised this and was told this would be taken into account on a future order. Funny enough it wasn't.

quality product making my job easier
These M8 Ball joint connectors arrived next day, well packaged and they made the job easy and they look really good in place.
This is the second time I have had these and I recommend them for service and quality.
Communications were excellent too.

Order was made on line without any problems. Delivery arrived well packaged but missing one parcel. One phone call to your office and it was confirmed that the missing parcel would arrive the next day, which it did.

Terrible delivery service.
Order only partially arrived, rest of the the order never came, had to call multiple times as the items never arrived, despite receiving emails with expected delivery windows. Much of the fault with delivery company APC. In the end, during one of the calls with APC we were told the packaging was damaged and we would have to re-issue the order with Direct Channel, at which point - after 2 weeks - we cancelled.

We’re very sorry to read about your experience with the delivery. We completely understand how frustrating it must have been to wait, only to find items missing and have to chase things up.
We did issue a refund for the remaining items, as we never want our customers left out of pocket. While we always do our best to resolve problems quickly, in this case, the courier’s handling caused issues that were unfortunately outside of our direct control. That said, we take full responsibility for making things right, and we regret the inconvenience caused.
We never want to provide this kind of service and will continue working with our delivery partners to reduce the chances of this happening again.

Spoke to them twice and no replacements sent.
