Suite à l'chat d'un article défectueux. Fermeture éclair qui ne fonctionne pas sur une parka. Dockers me propose de me rendre 20 % de la somme payée et de faire réparer moi même ma parka. C'est une honte. Jamais je ne pourrai faire réparer cet article neuf à l'identique. Je leur réclame un échange ou un remboursement. Mais très compliqué avec eux. Ils n'arrêtent pas de parlementer pour ne rien faire. A fuir si ça ne se règle pas. Très très déçu

They are scammers, stay away from them. Ordered a jacket on Thursday morning and paid $32 extra for next day delivery but the package arrived will arrive on Monday. Don’t trust them anymore. Worst customer service ever.

Recientemente me he comprado dos pantalones chinos dockers en la tienda de las Rozas village, estoy muy insatisfecho, después de la primera puesta se han convertido en dos tallas más. Me tenían que haber advertido, hay que comprarlos muy ajustados ya que ensanchan muchísimo. Lógicamente les he quitado las etiquetas y ahora ya es imposible la devolución según sus normas. La verdad no creo que repita. Calidad muy mediocre.

Compre una casaca color azul y destiñe, me malogro un par se camisas. Pésima calidad. No lo recomiendo

I would leave zero stars if I could. Trying to get a refund which is taking way too long. Far longer than many many other companies. Their customer service is awful. You get pushed from one person to another and still no one has answered my query. Taking days to respond. They are quick enough to take your money......

Se supone que mi pedido tardaba 10 días y paso más de 1 mes, tuve que escribir para preguntar por el pedido si no dudo que hubieran hecho algo, definitivamente evitar comprar en línea

They are selling utter crap. Bought giga high cognac work boots and they suck. Design error. Dockers has turned into a sh#tty brand with sh#tty products. They lost a customer!

Compre 4 pantalones en Liverpool, me quedaron perfectos, así que compre otros 4 en linea con Dockers que me han quedado cortos, llamé para que me los cambiaran, me indicaron que no pueden cambiarlos porque en dos de ellos me hicieron descuento, por lo que ninguno es suceptible de cambio y no hay poder humano que me ayude a recuperar mi dinero o que me los cambien por pantalones que si sean de la medida que indica la talla. Que molesto interponer la queja en PROFECO, pero es la única manera en que recuperaré mi dinero y nunca mas compraré marca Dockers, además de que difundiré en redes sociales y en todos los medios posibles incluyendo buscar una entrevista con los medios de comunicación.

Hago un pedido a 23 de noviembre en el Black Friday es decir, con una rebajas y a día 19 de diciembre me dicen que tienen Problemas con los pedidos y que ni siquiera me aseguran que me llegue el pedido a día de Reyes... Increíble. La solución es devolverme el dinero. Primera y última vez con esta marca. Osea ahora tengo que gastarme el doble de dinero en cualquier otra prenda ya que no hay rebaja y buscarme la vida porque solo te dan largas. Jamás volveré a confirmar en esta marca. Deleznable.

The chinos are great but the delivery service from them is way too long. Took over a week from order which was longer than the suggested time I ordered them for a weekend away and haven’t turned up. Considering Amazon can process 1million times the order quantities and get it delivered to your door the next day it’s not the service I’ve become accustomed to. Needs to speed up considerably.

Recently ordered pants,
When I opened the box and looked at the pants there was dost on it, very careless, I believe it was dropped on the floor and it was put back in the box.
That calls careless handling

Ordered 3 pairs of chinos, got an email informing me that they would be delivered and dispatched on 24/07/23 tracking number shows they hadn't been dispatched from warehouse, contacted customer services, nothing no response or explanation so emailed again and asked to cancel order, within 5 minutes get an email saying order had been cancelled! still no contact form customer services or explanation, obviously just happy to cancel orders at the drop of a hat and I thought this was a global company, obviously got that wrong..........

Bought a pair of their sandals recently. They're the most comfortable things I've worn in a long time.

I bought a pair of sneakers for my 10-year-old son. After the first laundry in cold water, these sneakers became dead. Really? The glue quality is so ugly. I wish I had known it before I bought this piece of crap. I'm used to using sketchers, and I haven't faced such a problem ever. I'll never buy any things from this brand in the future.

Bonjour les étiquettes sont cousues sur les pantalons avec du petit fil très solide et très serré, ainsi il est très compliqué de les découper sans abimer les pantalons et on y passe du temps. Ni un cutter ni un ciseau ne font l'affaire. Conséquence sur 6 pantalons achetés, 2 ont été abimés et bien sur Dockers estime que c'est la responsabilité .... du Client :-)

J’ai commandé un Skinny Fit Smart 360 Flex Alpha Khaki Pants - W32 / L34.
Je possédais déjà 2 pantalons de la même marque, même modèle et même taille, mais simplement de couleur différente. Or j’ai constaté que les jambes du pantalon reçu étaient plus longues de 8cm que mes autres pantalons de même taille.
Et pourtant l’étiquette sur le pantalon indique bien la même taille.
Dockers à visiblement des problèmes dans la fabrication de ses pantalons.

En la web dicen que las devoluciones se tramitan en los 3-5 días siguientes a la recepción de la devolución. Según Correos el paquete fue entregado el día 20 en el destino (Barcelona) y no tengo noticias a día de hoy, 30. Escribo un email hace días y no contestan. Llamo por teléfono y dicen que ha llegado hoy a Alemania. ¿Y a mi qué, si tenía que llegar a Barcelona? Me dice que me va a escribir agilizando el trámite y nada... pésima gestión
