Bought doors from these guys in 2017. Terrible service. I paid £ 45 for next day delivery as I had builders onsite to get the doors fitted. They only delivered the hinges next day, the door came a week after.
Really frustrating !
Doors delivered a week after with a crack at the bottom! Not only bad service but bad quality

Bought some 1930's white oak doors in 2013. Was assured by email that they were a 2mm veneer but discovered on LIGHTLY sanding prior to varnishing that the veneer is paper thin. 3 of the doors arrived with scratched glass, others have glue marks at the joins which are permanent. Due to complete house renovation returning them wasn't an option due to time. Hopefully since then the quality has improved. Saying that they are nice looking doors.

I ended up receiving these doors late because I was unaware to expect a call to arrange delivery so in hindsight I should have been told about that but otherwise good service. One of the doors arrived scratched but we were able to work it out.

I ordered 9 fire doors along with handles and lock kits. The items were in stock, was told I'd get a call with a delivery date which I did. The doors arrived all well packaged. Was told to open and inspect the doors within three days.
One of the doors was damaged but they arranged to have it replaced with no fuss at all. I was kept up to date with the order and again was called regarding delivery. Doors are a lovely quality and look amazing. Have already recommended a friend. Website has huge variety of doors but you can't order online so you get to speak to a real person when ordering which doesn't often happen.

hi,very fast delivery ,door looks great , lovely glass , and far cheaper than anywhere else ,yes the door looks great but it is a hardwood skin on top of engineered probably v jointed wood ,which you dont see ,so if the right wood stain is not applied eventually the top skin will probably start to lift off,so with this type of door you should apply sikkens woods stains which i think are oil based ,so all the rain &sun rays & rain will not affect the top skin ,but you must keep applying the sikkens treatment to keep the door in pristine condition ,which i intend to do .sikkens is very dear so if you carnt afford it always choose an OIL based stain . thank you.please take notice of this review as i at one time worked with engineered doors ,...all the best wishes in the world kindest regards john
