Absolutely the best experience money could buy!! From start to finish! Shelly, Mark an the rest of the Duc team assisted myself an family getting our PR visas! Very professional, everything was done in a timely manner and AFFORDABLE!!! I received my grant in a record of 3weeks! Absolutely buzzing!!!

When I first started exploring the idea of moving to Australia, I felt completely overwhelmed. The process of skills assessments, visas, and paperwork seemed daunting, I wasn’t sure where to begin. That’s when I found the Down Under Centre, and after a quick one or two emails back and forward i was on the phone talking to Wes about everything that they had to offer.

From the very beginning, the team was professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly supportive. They guided me through the migration and skills recognition process with clear advice and genuine care. Communication was always prompt, and they made what could have been a stressful journey feel straightforward and manageable. I especially appreciated their friendly approach and attention to detail.
They also have a range of other services they offer from helping with English tests skills assessments jobs, housing etc

So a massive thanks to Wes Lauren Will Brid Lisa Leigh and all the rest of the amazing team that they have working in the DUC because without you we wouldn't have been able to do it and now that we are in Australia on our 186 visa we can start our life down under and make our dreams become a reality!

I would highly recommend the Down Under Centre to anyone looking for expert help with moving to Australia so thank you for everything that you do and please continue to do it as it's the best feeling in the world when that phone call comes in.

My client manager Louisa was excellent from the the word go .she was available and very helpful when I needed her. She made the process a whole lot easier to be honest.And Steve was equally good .thumps up to you guys.

Absolutely fabulous from the get go, I was first appointed douglas for my skills assessment and he was brilliant very helpful when I needed him always answered emails and calls quickly and was a pleasure working with, for my visa I was appointed Olivia, she was also superb, and like douglas was very easy to talk to and super helpful. From start to finish my whole skills assessment and visa process was 13 months. Super easy and stress free thanks to the down under centre, anybody looking for a problem free visa application I would definately reccomend, worth every penny.

The guys at the down under centre were brilliant. They are in my experience by far the best out there. For the small fee they charge they do exactly what an immigration layer would do, for a fraction of the price.
Louisa was excellent as she helped me with all the documents through their online portal.
I spoke to Wes, by phone and a couple of times via email. He's a great guy and doing an excellent service.
I got my visa submitted, so a big weight off my shoulder.

We 1st contacted the DUC team in December 2024 and we have now secured our permanent residency 190 visas (by September 2025) for our little family to move to Australia which is our dream come true. Wes and his team are fantastic and from start to finish all the staff were (and still are) so helpful and professional. Joining the DUC was the best thing we ever did in terms of our migration journey and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who is serious about migrating to OZ. The Immigration process is so long and complicated. But DUC made it so easy for me. Its a really easy to follow guide, mapping out the process step by step until you finally get that visa. A big shout out to Natasha Ryan and the team at the Down Under Centre. I received a positive TRA skills assessment thanks to them. The DUC portal is set up in a real user-friendly way and the team are so quick to respond once documents are uploaded. The TRA went through without them coming back with any further queries. Natasha communicated back and forth with me to ensure she had all the required documentation to make this happen.

We had an awful experience with another agent so when we approached the down under center we was nervous. Vic was very helpful, explained everything was completely open and gave us all of the information we needed. The whole process was streamlined and we got our visa through in March.

Now out in Perth WA loving life and so happy we made the move.

I cannot even begin to put into words how much I’d recommend the DUC. Honestly the service they offer is absolutely life changing. I had the first consultation call with DUC in June 2023, and received my permanent 190 visa July 2025. It’s been a long process but I couldn’t have done it without the DUC team, they’re so knowledgeable in particular Jenny for answering my million questions and Doug for helping me collate everything for my skills assessment.
