Myself and my wife used the DUC for the entirety of our visa journey including skills assessments and getting my OSTR as a sparky. Less than two years from signing up we now have our visas in hand and plan to fly this year. Can’t recommend all the staff, in our case specifically Jenny and Will.

From the time we had our initial phone call until our Visa was granted we found the DUC to be friendly, realistic, reliable and committed to ensuring our experience was as seemless as possible. We conversed numerous times with Doug who was very informative and helpful when it came to the skills assessment. Jenny was our absolute rock who was always there day or night to relieve any worries. Our visa was granted very quickly due to the hard work of the DUC who did their part and also informed us about what documentation we needed for each part of the process. The regular webinars on relocation and jobs etc were so good to help us in understanding the process in its entirety. Without their help I’m sure we would still be sat awaiting our grant.

We cannot sing DUC’s praises enough. With a team that has a wealth of knowledge and will answer any and all questions you may have. What could’ve been a very long and complicated journey was made clear and simple by Jenny and the team.

We have finally got here! the news we have been waiting for, for nearly over 3years! prior to Down Under, we had used 2/3 immigration companies who messed us about with false hopes and given us incorrect information, whereby we had given up a lot of money and time spent and running around and no closer to our dreams (time wasters and unprofessional sale reps with no idea about immigration). We came across Down under - they seemed too good to be true, and had alarm bells ringing, because we were able to look for sponsored jobs at no costs!? were able to speak to the team many times with questions, and get advice and they did not throw any silly costs or try get hold of money or make us sign any contracts, decision was left to us. Brid and her team were very honest, and very professional and helped us through each part of the process. The process took us upto a year and with the help of lovely Brid and her team our dreams have finally come true, she was very patience, always replied straight away which was great, never left us in the dark - we came across a few hurdles involving previous cautions etc., she was honest and realistic throughout the process and has helped us along a long way. We wish we had found down under much sooner, before using any other immigration companies who destroy dreams and take your money and mess you about. We cannot thank you enough for all your hard work and time, thank you so much! and we spent the least money with you guys (straight talkers and no messing about), you really are truly so professional and have gone above and beyond for us, thank you so much! We would happily recommend you guys to anyone in our situation.

I had a pleasure to become a client of DUC Down Under as they have led me through the process of immigration.
I have started with no idea of how to go to Australia to getting my permanent visa to live there forever! I have been their client for almost 4 years, during that time the professional help their team has provided was unbelievable. They have been on top ot the visa updates/changes, as well they have special portal where you can upload your documents, where everything is explained nice and clear. Any question I've had was always answered asap.

We had the privilege of working with DUC in securing our 190 visa to Australia this year. The process is long and complicated and we faced a few hurdles on the way, however, with the knowledge and experience that DUC have, the stress of all of this was taken away. The professionalism and care given to us as clients was second to none. Providing you listen to advice given, act on any instructions requested and show patience in allowing the agents to do their job, you will be in good hands and your case will be processed as quickly as immigration allows. All the staff are wonderful and professional but in our case in particular Doug and Jenny with their expertise. Also to note, DUC have a wide platform of other partners that can help with finance, re-location and a very supportive DUC hub where all clients can share their experiences and support to one another along the journey. If you are looking for emigration support, I will always recommend DUC.

What is such a strenuous and complex process was made as streamline as possible and deffinately took alot of the stress away, we deffinately wouldn't have been able to get this far without the help of the DUC.

I used the DUC for my temporary skilled visa and now again for my skills assessment and PR. I've dealt with both Bríd and Lauren for my visa and Tullie for my skills assessment. These ladies know immigration inside out and are quick to respond to any queries I've had.

My partner and I have recently gained the 190 permanent residency visa with the Down Under Centre under the occupation: General Electrician.
We have been extremely happy with the service provided from start to finish, they were so thorough and helped us throughout the process, giving us the support and positivity we needed when things were hard.
The process is not for the faint hearted, it is testing but the DUC ensured we had strong application, and we got approved without requiring any further information, which reflects how on it they are.
The down under centre is more than just a migration agent they have so many modalities which they can assist you with, such as the employment hub, the relocation agents and much more.
I would 100% recommend these for anyone considering an agent to help with migration.

We are a couple from South Africa and sought out the services of the DUC for our permanent residency visa to Australia. Everything went smoothly which is no surprise considering their agents are very knowledgeable. We had the pleasure of dealing with Jenny who answered all our questions and assisted with our application. We also found their prices to be very reasonable. I found Mick Breen to be extremely helpful, providing clear and relevant information. After our initial contact, I promptly received a follow-up email that comprehensively reviewed everything we discussed. I highly recommend him based on this positive experience.

UPDATE: In response to their reply. I called and spoke with the “owner” who used this same excuse. So essentially, they opt to NOT call anybody back even though you reach out multiple times and then go, “oops, we get busy!” That’s a pathetic excuse. It’s like when you ring a call centre and they say they’re busier than normal but in fact that level of busy is the norm.

I live in Australia and reached out to DUC to help with a different visa to help with my PR. Nobody ever rang me back. I spoke with someone who claimed to be the owner a few times after I rang his mobile which was provided on their website. I was kind of taken aback when he even dropped the ball and didn’t have anyone follow up with me. Guess they’re only after helping Irish & English citizens since that’s all I ever see reviews from.

So, if you’re not Irish or English, 0/10 do not recommend this agency!

Our feet have now touched the ground a few days after receiving the great new that our visas have been granted. Honestly can't put into words how grateful we are for the hard work the DUC put into making dreams come true. Especially Mars and Shelley who helped us with every aspect of the process. They made it so much more manageable by breaking everything down into manageable sections. We have already booked our flights and leave the UK in 4 weeks on our one way flight.
