We would highly recommend The Down Under Centre to anyone thinking of making the move to Australia!

The DUC is such an amazing company. I couldn't think of anyone else better to help us on our journey to Australia. Their professional, friendly and pro active approach takes the stress away from migrating. The service they provide is absolutely fantastic. I would like to especially mention Brid, who has been such an amazing help and support to us over the last year. Brid goes above and beyond in what she is does and is extremely good at what she does too, from answering all our questions and being a constant support throughout the whole process. We couldn't have done it without Brid & The DUC and are so grateful for them making our dream our reality. We cannot thank you enough!

From start to finish all staff at the DUC have been amazing (Doug with the skills assessment, Shelly with PTE and Jenny with the visa). I couldn’t recommend them more, professional, super quick to reply, honest, friendly and really good value for money. I highly recommend Down under center if anyone is looking to migrate or to get their skills assessment done. They guide you right throughout the process. Wes and Tullie helped me from the start till the end and they were very professional and accommodative. I honestly cannot thank Tullie enough for guiding me and helping me to achieve my goal on time.

Tullie is fantastic. She was very helpful and always got back to me the next day. Considering I am in the UK and she was in Oz I never found this to be an issue. Thank you again Tullie for all your help.

An amazing team of people.
Had a very stressful time not knowing where to start with the visa process after hearing so many conflicting stories. Brid and the team were very thorough and kept us well informed with everything. I never expected the process to be as smooth as this!

Can not recommend Wes and the team enough! We've been with the DUC since 2019 and their advice and knowledge has been fantastic throughout!

First of all I can’t believe it’s taken me so long to write this review.

From my very first call consultation with the down under centre I knew I was in safe hands.

They were straight talking, no nonsense and basically told us step by step the best and easiest way to obtain our visas.

They made the process of collecting and gathering documents streamline so that we knew we had everything that was needed to tick all of the many boxes required by immigration.

We lodged our visas in June and they were granted 6 months later in December.

We are now due to fly out as permanent residents in 2 weeks time to begin our new life in Perth and can honestly say we wouldn’t be where we are now without Wes, Jenny, Will and all of the DUC team.

It’s was great experience highly recommend for skill assessment

I had some queries and questions regarding the potential for moving out to Aus and working as a qualified electrician. Some things I found online were extremely confusing with all the different visas and ways of working. Mick Breen straightened out all of these confusions for me, his insight and advice was invaluable. Greatly appreciate your time to chat with me and help me understand how I can work towards moving out to Australia and achieving a dream. Hopefully you’ll hear from me soon going forward with my plans! Thanks again Mick!

I remember joining a free webinar years ago and thinking how knowledgeable they were. When it came to starting the process, I looked at several migration agents but always came back to Down Under Centre. And I am so glad I chose DUC! They really are the best at what they do, they are kind and supportive and go above and beyond to help. I love the community spirit and I know I can continue to count on them in the future. I am looking forward to working with the employment and relocation teams for the next steps! A special thank you to Doug and Jenny for being there throughout the process, sharing their specialist knowledge and skills and for making the process so much easier! Received my visa today! Over the moon! Could not have done it without the support and help from the Down Under Centre! Brid has been amazing in the whole process. Could not recommend more highly!

I was impressed by the way they explained the visa process and made it look so simple. The fact that you do not take money for the sake of it, was something that made me trust you throughout. I was very happy with the way you were willing to share more information and allow me to make the final decision. The way you communicate every successful stage is a testament to your excellent communication styles.

What really stood out for me is the way Wes went overboard to make sure I am granted technical interview traveling waiver and saved me thousands of shillings that could have been lost in traveling to South Africa for the technical interview.

I can not recommend Down Under Center any higher!! Tullie Roberts and her team have been an absolute breeze and pleasure to work with. She kept me motivated and updated throughout the entire skills assessment process even with all my silly questions I was continuously asking. I am sure they spent a million hours getting all of my paper work in order and I am eternally grateful for their patience, comforting words of encouragement and kindness. Big shoutout to Tanya Fell, Jessica McKean and Zoe Brown too for being godsend fairies. I definitely recommend working with this A TEAM.

All the help and support we have received from the DUC has been amazing. They are always on the ball in our finally stages of the visa Jenny has been amazing no matter what time we emailed it was either a quick response or she would respond first thing. Always reassuring us and updating us on the progress. Nothing was ever to big for these guys and I cannot praise their services enough and all thanks to the team our visa has been granted and we make our amazing new start in oz in October ❤️ highly recommended
