Excellent service and advice from store and also very good job by delivery staff

Kayleigh was the young lady that served us she was very efficient helpful and so polite .Very good at her job and answered all our questions and helped us make a very good choice and very happy with thr service we got .Also a nice cup of tea as well

Sofa bed delivered at the allocated time slot and assembled within minutes. Delivery drivers were superb. The sale at Braintree by Kaleigh was plesent, professional and easy. All in all , a great experience. Would highly recommend.

Helpful staff offering knowledgeable advice

Customer service was really good. We used the bed analysis to discover what suited us. We then “ tried” out the ones that were offered. Our sales lady was very personable, helpful and informative.
This is is our second purchase from Dreams. Highly recommend.

Never had such a bad experience. Ordered 1st December 2025, mattress didn’t even arrive the next day like stated if ordered before 2pm. I cancelled and it’s now 7th jan and they still have not given my money back! I ordered another mattress stupidly on the 5th, Same thing ordered before 2pm Nothing arrived next day, They randomly emailed me one night saying they are dropping it the next day when I have work . I’ve spent three hours minimum of my life waiting on the phone lines trying to get my money back and they all say it’s been processed when in fact it hasn’t . This company is a joke and has lost my service forever. I want my money back!!! Over £600 Taking the piss

The sales assistant Ann in the showroom was very welcoming, pleasant and helpful.
The delivery driver was polite and courteous and carried the headboard into the house for us.

Mattress not as comfortable as one in the store that we tried, not had a good night’s sleep so far

Dreams what an excellent experience! Great service at Braintree Freeport store. Kayleigh supported me throughout the whole process. Sleepmatch machine was great and a cuppa waited for me when I was trying the mattresses out. Found the right one thanks to her amazing support. Highly recommended 🥰

We bought a bed for our spare room so wanted something in the lower price range. We had great advice in the shop and are very pleased with our purchase. It’s a very comfortable mattress and the bed looks very nice. The delivery was very smooth. No problems.
