Needed a new mattress but not sure what to buy. Dreams had the answer, the digital bed worked wonders working out what would be best for me.
Three choices and I chose the middle recommendation.
Very happy with my choice.

Staff very pleasant helpful and explained everything .

Communication was excellent and the delivery guys were prompt and polite

It didn't come regularly and there were missing napkins and sauces

Excellent service in store- Karl was polite, knowledgeable and ensured I had all the information I needed to make an informed choice. Bed and mattress arrived promptly and delivery men also excellent. Bed is wonderful and comfy, I sleep like a dream and cats are in heaven too.

My mattress purchase was a positive experience from store discussions to final delivery. Having 'slept on it' I know I made the right decision, too.

I bought an Isabella ottoman bed from Dreams in the January sale this year. Booking a delivery day was simple, and I was told the delivery window a few days in advance so I could plan. The product was delivered on time, in perfect condition. Instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the bed was made faster than I expected. There was a lot of packaging, but that's better than getting damaged goods, and most of it was recyclable. We are very pleased with the purchase.

Great customer service. Was looking for a single bed, got it ordered within 5 minutes. Delivery within 4 days and it came early. The bed was quickly assembled by the team. Great sturdy bed too. Definitely recommend.

Exceptional service from James at the Burton upon Trent Branch. James was helpful, friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. We brought a mattress today and James proceeded to ask if we wanted any pillows or duvets… to compliment the mattress which was a nice touch. I would definitely recommend Dreams at Burton. We had a great buying experience at Dreams, we was well looked after by Karl,he sorted us out with a selection of Mattresses using their fancy sleep technology, the third one on the list was the one we chose and seems to have been an excellent choice,would highly recommend Dreams for your new mattress and pillows

Fantastic team amazing bed easy to lift for the storage the mattress has already massively helped my back pain and team who delivered bed helped make sure it fitted where we wanted the bed to be. Friendly and kind and great product only down side is cost but out all beds I’ve had it was well worth it

Good experience! Interested in Dreams’ test bed that measures you, weighs you, and makes recommendations accordingly. It works! My wife and I purchased a bed that we expect will be a great help to us. Excellent staff assistance.

I was greeted with a warm welcome, offered assistance but none of that pushing sales stuff. Unfortunately what I wanted was unavailable for the time frame which I required but the staff went out of there way to find replacement products that were. Super helpful and friendly.

We were very satisfied with our visit to dreams and have purchased a wonderful bed mattress and headboard
