What a fab shopping experience, while browsing we were offered coffee, which made you feel totally unrushed. We used the sleep analysis machine and chose a mattress from the recommended list. We spent around 1 hour choosing the mattress and bed, and Leanne was friendly, efficient and extremely helpful. The bed was delivered and assembled this week, the two guys were on time, lovely mannered, very quick (approx 15 mins in total) including explanation on how to use (ottoman bed) and ensured I did it correctly, plus info to air it prior to adding bedding. And finally what wonderful nights of sleep we have enjoyed since...the best bed we have ever owned.

We visited the Dreams store in Burton on Saturday. The staff were extremely knowledgeable, accommodating and helpful throughout. They guided us throughout our visit and ensured we were able to purchase everything we needed and what suited our needs. We ordered four beds and mattresses and headboards.

I went to Dreams to see what their sleepmotion beds could offer against beds designed for the disabled as
I was finding it increasingly difficult to sit up by myself
in bed. i was not only impressed by the quality of the beds but the choice, availabilty and the helpfulness of the staff

I would highly recommend Dreams to anyone thinking of purchasing a new bed or mattress. The choice of mattresses was overwhelming but the sleep machine assessed our sleeping position and aches and pains before recommending different mattresses. We were then given pillows and shown around the options, with plenty of free time to wander around on our own, with no pressure to buy. The pillows were amazing too and ended up buying some with the mattress. We had fantastic service and the store was COVID safe, with all beds and pillows being sprayed in between customers. I won’t hesitate to go back again for my next mattress as Dreams brings a whole new experience to mattress shopping. Who’d have thought it!

Initially, I had a really bad experience with dreams and I was really unhappy. But I’m changing my review because dreams did absolutely everything they could to ensure I was happy. I am so grateful to them.

firstly it was great iIwas able to make an appointment. iIhad researched on the internet so had an idea of what I wanted to purchase, but need help with mattress'. The assistant Karl was very knowledgable, informative, and not pushy with sales, he answered all my questions and I was take care of taken care of throughout the whole process, Covid rules abided by, and even a cup of coffee. Dreams should be proud of their staff.

We noticed that our mattress was developing a problem after just one year and reported it to the shop. Dreams said at first that our mattress was out of the guarantee period and they could do nothing.
I also went to Customer Service who said they would look into it. After a short while Dreams did ring us back and did agree that although we were slightly over the warranty period on this mattress they would exchange it for a replacement. So thank you Dreams you come back on top for me as a professional and highly trustworthy dealership who i will definitely use again in the future.
