I tried out so many different mattresses at Dreams I was measured up for the correct type for me, the staff were very thorough I wish I had gone months ago, my new mattress and pillows are fantastic. The delivery men were in and out within what seemed like 2 minutes, polite and efficient I couldn’t ask for more. Good service.

From start to finish the staff were very friendly and helpful and the delivery team was on time I love the bed so comfortable and having better sleep!

really quality bed and mattress, bed was delivered on time as promised, great guys, really efficient explained everything to me, loving the bed!

Pleasant and helpful sales person. No pressure. Suggested which mattresses may be best for us making the decision easier. Purchased a Masters Guild 4450 D Firm. It is Firm and very comfortable. Wife who has arthritis now gets a good night's sleep.

Dreams Wakefield gave us a great service when buying our mattress. Omar offered trying Sleepmatch, and showed us the mattress is suggested as well as making helpful suggestions himself which led to buying a mattress which we are now very pleased with

Bought new bed recently, had some discount on it which sealed the deal. Delivery was only 7 days later, in store team were helpful, delivery lads were really great too. Only slight point to mark down is that would prefer to have a little more time to look around when entering store rather than sales being straight on us. This would have lost the sale if not for the discount.

The member of staff was fine and helpful .

Called in today with my daughter as she much needed a new mattress. The sales man Omar was extremely helpful. He helped and advised on the right mattress. Gave some great deals. Would recommend this store and Omar salesman.

I bought a bed I am very pleased with the bed.
It is very comfortable which the cat endorses.

We had previously bought from Omar and we were pleased to see him again as he had done such a good job previously. The two beds we bought were terrific!
Omar is very professional, friendly and courteous. He knows a lot about the products and listens to your needs carefully in order to meet your requirements.

We needed a new bed so thought we would try here first, on entering the premises we were greeted by Melvyn, he asked us if we wanted any help, we said no we were just looking, he said just let me know if you want any information, we saw a bed we liked so asked Melvyn about the total price with mattress, headboard, guarantees and delivery included, he told us the cost of each item in case we wanted to modify our order, we were totally satisfied with the whole experience, I would definitely recommend this store 👍

In the sales room I was assisted choosing the bed best suited to my individual needs. I was then permitted time to try out the products. The salesman was genuinely pleasant.
The delivery team were fantastic - nothing was too much trouble, and what would have taken me hours - the assembly! - was completed incredibly quickly. A very positive experience with Dreams!

I was really pleased with the quality of the workmen who delivered the bed and set it up ready for us to use.
All the old bed things were carefully taken away and no mess was left.£

From my store experience at Wakefield to the delivery everyone was brilliant .I'm a procrastinator unfortunately so made a couple visits. Omar on my first visit was extremely helpful got a mattress down to test (Cartmel) and went through a few specs.It felt right but 2 or 3 mins on it in store doesnt really demonstrate how it treats my aching body nightly over a long period. I needed to have a think about it so expressing I wasn't a time waster left the store to contemplate a decision.Did a bit more homework on the web site and came across the Totness which had similar attributes but was double sided which sold it to me.Returned to store eventually and in the absence of Omar, Amy looked after me. She was ace.very courteous and patient as was Jason at the desk. Was offered a brew (nice touch ) but declined so had a whirl on the Totnes. Liked it but left again to sleep on it (see what I did there ) and make the final decision. Glad I did as the very next day there was a£50 off gig going on. Bingo! Procrastination isn't always a pain. I rang in and got the lovely Amy and made the purchase.
Delivery was a few days later and very prompt. The guys (one Czech and the other Slovakian I believe) where an absolute credit to the company!! They were on a break so i made em a brew and shot the breeze for 10 mins . Great lads , really polite!
AS for the bed, well certainly the right decision. After the first night my morning stiffness (don't be naughty now) had subsided and continues to. I'm a back and side sleeper and the Totnes certainly has been the right choice.

I found the whole experience of dealing with Dreams very goodI was kept informed about the delivery at all stages and the men who delivered and erected the bed did an excellent job. I would certainly recommend the company.
