I've used click and collect twice recently and each time they turned out to be out of stock despite what my order had said!

We ordered our new sofa and rug both were great and as we expected. Delivery’s both went according to plan and with no hiccups. Will be shopping again soon for blinds. Great service all round.

I bought a William Morris Strawberry Thief carpet which I am very pleased with.

Travelled a long way to buy soft furnishings from Lancaster store with my 2 young children. One of the items (we spent over £270 to maximise on the shopping trip) was a beanbag chair for my youngest, shelf price said £35, a number of the same chairs were all there on the shelf. Got home with chair, looked at receipt and realised they'd charge £87.20! No price on label. Contacted customer service, explained not viable to go back to store as would cost most of the refund, but they refuse to offer any alternative. Said they cant help as it was purchased in store - what a cop-out!! We wont be shopping at Dunelm again!

I was very pleased with all the whole experience from the telephone ordering service to the young man who came to check the measurements prior to coming to fit the curtains. Both were professional,helpful and friendly.The curtains are excellent and and well worth the money. Thank you will recommend your service.

I had a rotary line delivered on Saturday.
The delivery driver just left it outside my house for everyone to see in a damaged box, the box was all open at the bottom. I would never shop with Dunelm again as my dad had 3 parcels delivered last year and every parcel was damaged

Perfect completely black out

I am not at all happy, drlivered to wrong address, said it was at neighbours. Picture of drop off showed black, no one on my rd has a black door, i was told 72 hours to investigate, which is now up do i suppose ill have to waiste my time chassing them up, ive now bought unit from elsewhere, wish me luck getting a refund, wrong delivery not dunhelma fault but they want you to wait 72 hours woth tv onlounge floor, i feel they dhould of dispatched unit replacement alot quicker, you throw old unit when you have a delivery date to make space,

Prompt service and very easy

Ordered 2 items for click and collect. Website said they were available and ready to collect within 2 hours. 6 hours later received an email saying one item not available and I would be issued a refund. Now the other item I ordered was a matching item and so I now no longer want it. Cannot cancel the item and the Dunhelm website says just to wait 7 days until my time slot has expired and then I will get a refund within another 7 days. This is unacceptable and according to Trading Standards it is illegal to accept money for a click and collect item where it is clearly advertised and being available for click and collect when you don't have the item! Shame on you Dunelm for taking my money. How are you allowed to get away with this?

After a previous poor experience due to goods being damaged on delivery and having to wait a while for its collection and replacement this time from start to finish everything ran smoothly. Communication was good and the item is excellent Thank you.

My order was delivered on time however it was pretty obvious the courier had taken very little care with the handling of my order. The box had clearly been dropped and was very battered. On assembly of the coffee table i noticed one of the panels was chipped. There was some staining to the top of the table and a number of bearing fell out of one of the metal runners. The table looks good but I would be wary of purchasing from Dunelm again

We were able to find a non iron duvet set for our student grandson.

I was struggling to buy the right size curtains, but very helpful assistant came to help me. Nothing was too much trouble.
