Helpful team, though installation could be better organised
We decided to hire this company because we were very well looked after by Matthew Mazzucchi on the day of the survey, as well as by the Customer Support team.
However, the installation team took a few days to call us back and arrange a visit. The appointment was scheduled for 08:30â11:45, and at the time of booking I advised that my partner and I needed to be at work by 13:00.
On the day of the installation, the engineer arrived at 09:55 and left at 13:25. As a result of the delay, my partner had to arrive late at work. That said, the engineer was quiet and kept the house clean, although part of the roof insulation was left exposed.

Apalling communications
The EnviroVent products might be good, but I'll never know because they don't seem interested in answering product enquiries. I appreciate that the sale of a £150 extractor isn't the most lucrative opportunity in the world but if you don't want to talk about them then don't bother having them in your range.
I have no faith in a company where trying to buy something is a struggle suddenly become competent when you've already spent the money, so I'll be giving them a miss.

He was incredibly friendly and helpful from the first time we contacted him and from the moment he arrived he made what could have been a complex topic feel simple and easy to understand.
David took the time to explain exactly what he was looking for, talked us through his findings, and clearly outlined the benefits of the products he recommended - without ever feeling pushy. His knowledge and the way he communicated everything gave us real confidence in the solutions suggested.

Unacceptable service
Really disappointed with the after service. We rang for an engineer in September to visit. They put us off stating the unit âwas asleep in summer modeâ!!! Weâve rang again and have to wait until January for an engineer to call. We have refused to change fuses in the ceiling/loft unit as they requested. Total shambles

Envirovent advice and installation
We have just had Envirovent help us improve the airflow and ventilation in our cottage. The whole process was super easy. George from Envirovent South_southwest coordinated everything immaculately from initial survey to delivery. He was constantly in touch to keep us advised of progress and arranging dates for the work to be done. The fans are now up and running and all is working well.
