Great products

Great products. used this company mutiterble times always fast at getting my equiment sent out fast delivery. I ordered the bronze cleaning package full exterior cleaning setup with the kiam 3700pr great machine hasnt let me down. Also been back mutiterble times for more equipment like pressuer hoses and pressuer gauge ect

Customer service is shocking guy had attitude after I wasn't happy with a blown fuse yeah only a fuse buts its a brand new machine shouldn't have been questioned in the first place

Pressure washer is amazing very…

Pressure washer is amazing very powerful
I bought the gorilla 3600psi it’s was delivered within 4 days

Had a breakdown on my second day using it phoned them up simple fix very helpful
Don’t be put off by the breakdown I was on it 9 hours straight only stopped to refuel 3 hours into my second day it lost power but I’ve been on it now for another 9 hours strait and all good

Would recommend this machine

Bought over £2000 worth of equipment at…

Bought over £2000 worth of equipment at the cleaning expo on 27th March and was assured that it would be on nxt day delivery but that we'd receive it by 1st April at the latest. Phoned on 1st April to be told that it was still in the warehouse and would be delivered nxt day. Still nothing. Have emailed, no response. Have phoned 5 times myself and hubby over 50 times with the same recording of 'very busy'. To keep redialing one after the other and still no response is more than likely ignoring the the phone rather than very busy. Really am so disappointed especially as at the cleaning expo the owner seemed so friendly and knowledgeable, and so reassuring that we'd receive the items within the time limit.
Update...so we finally received the equipment and low and behold the jetwash doesn't work! Tried for over 3hrs , it powered up once for a matter of seconds then cut out. We've tried absolutely everything we can think of. So not only did we lose 2 jobs because we didn't receive the equipment in time we've just lost another one as its now too late to hire a jetwash to complete it! Once again we were ringing and nobody answered 😡

Items not turned up and zero contact

Promised an item by a certain date when purchasing. The day came.. no item. I phoned them, turns out they don’t have any in stock and never did. No contact at all to let me know it wasn’t coming and even got an email a few days before saying it had been shipped and was ‘on the way’

Not the first time I’ve had items not turn up when using them. I would advise people to avoid them, especially if it things you actually need quickly for a job. There are plenty of more honest company’s out there you should stick too.

PRE ORDER LIES

Rang up for a pre order to check if id get the equipment id need for my job for the following week, and didnt recive my order called and spoke to one person the first time who was just rude then he put the phone down on me, the second time I rang they said they didnt know when they would even be reciveing the product and theres 200 of them on pre order why tell me id get it for my job when clearly they didnt know when they would be delivered, plus on my order it say dispatched with the date so clearly they are lying and taking money from people, really poor service and wont be using them again id rather spend my money with a company that cares and looks after its customers

Not good so far

Not good so far - placed order 26th on 24hr delivery. Nothing delivered as of 30th with no communication ! Really dissappointed with first order.
However, since then I received an apology which I accept fully as was beyond there control. I think a 1 star was little unfair and have calmed down since 😄

Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by circumstances outside of our control, which meant we weren’t able to dispatch it on the usual 24‑hour service.

That said, we should have communicated the delay more clearly, and I apologise for the lack of updates — that’s on us.

Your order will be sent out the moment the stock arrives, but if you’d prefer not to wait, just let us know and we’ll arrange a full refund straight away.

Purchased telescopic washing pole to…

Purchased telescopic washing pole to clean my house external window frames, rendered area and roof soffits and fascia’s. If you are someone that enjoys DIY I would recommend this as I was quoted to wash down my house externally £1000!

Purchased this for £300 and use it every spring ,
Found the telescopic pole generally great to use and so handy for high level washing with brush on the end!get a bit of a struggle to use over 6 metres high but so handy for general use. Would recommend!
