Hi David,

Thanks for your review, and I’m really sorry for the experience you’ve had so far. I’ve checked your order and it was placed as a pre‑order, with stock due in last week. Unfortunately, the shipment was delayed by circumstances outside of our control, which meant we weren’t able to dispatch it on the usual 24‑hour service.

That said, we should have communicated the delay more clearly, and I apologise for the lack of updates — that’s on us.

Your order will be sent out the moment the stock arrives, but if you’d prefer not to wait, just let us know and we’ll arrange a full refund straight away.

Thanks for your review, and I’m sorry you struggled to get through to us. We were attending the Cleaning Expo on the day you called, which meant the phone lines were temporarily unavailable. We did post this on our social channels and sent emails out beforehand, but I appreciate you may not have seen those updates.

That said, we should have communicated this more clearly on the phone system itself, and I apologise for the frustration it caused — especially when you were trying to place an order.

Thanks for your review. I’ve checked your order details, and your parcel was delivered within the exact timeframe of the 48‑hour service you selected at checkout.

Your order was placed after our 12pm cut‑off on the 23rd, dispatched on the 24th, and delivered on the 26th — which is the correct delivery window for that service. There was no courier delay on this shipment.

I understand how frustrating delivery expectations can be, but everything moved exactly as it should have from our side. If you ever need any help choosing a faster service in future, we’re always here to advise.
