Love installing ESi wireless thermostat for combi very impressed with new version with buttons rather than slider user friendly for the OAP’s who struggle with slider, also now with add on to conver to WiFi seen at Dave esi rep at city plumbing

I fit the rf stats on all my installs I met Dave the rep at city plumbing who has shown me the new the new WiFi hub really good bit kit and really easy to install

Esi controls are always excellent and can’t be beaten for the price!

Esi are great products and Paul and callus were very helpful

Have been using ESI products for quite a while now and am very pleased with the range. I also purchase all of my ESI products through Williams & co at Portsmouth and they have a large stock of ESI products.

Great service and dealt with questions regarding range. Dave great asset to your team approachable and right amount of information.

Really good product, easy to install and very user friendly, zone value head compatible with a well known value begin with "H" but a a reasonable cost

Dave and Joe held trade morning,

Both very approachable and helpful when questioned reagarding products on show.

Also did small demonstrations.

We wont mention the Easter Egg competition.

I received EXCELLENT guidance and help from a lovely chap called Emlyn. He was patient, sympathetic and kind. My boiler had stopped communicating with the controller, making our home freezing cold! He called me back on no less than 3 occasions, to make sure everything was working fine! Honestly, what a hero!

Had trouble with control unit when switched off heating was coming on,contacted company (email) about a dozen or so times,I asked them for contact number so I could explain issue they ignored my request and when I found a number I got the same runaround telling me they will have someone call but nothing.Do yourself a favour don't buy this product,useless and customer service is absolutely diabolical.

After having an ESI thermostat for 2 years I had no prior issues, however recently my thermostat bricked during a storm. I got in contact with the email address for support provided on their website hoping they can support me in resolving the issue.

I was forwarded to their technical manager, Emlyn, who has been nothing but rude.

First of all they informed me that they know of the problem that caused my device to brick and its actually quite common. They then went on to say it is not their fault and offer me no solution. They refused to investigate the device or replace it, showing no empathy to me. This is especially concerning as we are now deep in Winter and I now have no option but to buy a replacement device which is known to brick during storms.

I would not recommend ESI at all.

Spoke today with Emlyn from esi controls tech team. He was very kind and knowledgeable explaining everything to me regarding my controllers that hadn't been explained at the time of installation by a different company. Thank you very much Emlyn. Much appreciated.

After contacting their technical support team and sending 6 texts, detailing what my problem was and even offering to purchase a replacement RF thermostat, I got no solution to my problem and no advice how to move this forward
Could have expected a better service from them
