Great customer service
I had my thermostat for two years and when I came across an issue, I emailed the Sales department. Within 12 hours, the Tech department had emailed me with an easy to understand explanation, a few reasons why it may be happening and solutions.
I emailed back a few clarity questions and they responded immediately.
Not once did they make me feel stupid and did not try to be all 'techy' with me.
My problem was rectified and now, I know what to do in the future.
Brilliant customer service and also, a great product!

Excellent advice and support from ESI Controls Support team
I have contacted ESI Controls Support team several times over last 3 years and consistently received excellent advice and support relating to various issues experienced with my central heating fitted to my New Build property. Each time Emlyn has responded with prompt and helpful advice for which I am grateful and wish to record my thanks for his good service

Could not fault their technical department when I had a fault with thermostat and receiver
They talked me through how to reset and were most helpful, nice to deal with a company with such customer service these days

Help is easily at hand with this firm
I found the programme booklet difficult to follow and I'm pretty technically minded. The ESi people were easy to get hold of and talked me through what I needed to know. I called again today because my heating was on when it shouldn't be. My call was answered in under 20 seconds and sorted. I can't recommend this company highly enough.

Terrible thermostat
Terrible thermostat, programmed to come on in the evening, when I came home in afternoon heating had been running house was very hot so had been running hours before program that I set it to. Also came on very very early in morning. Also don't bother e-mailing support as they do not respond.

Impossible to programme
Impossible to programme. Perhaps if the instruction manual was better it might be possible. I have given up and am going to get it changed.

Excellent support from ESI Controls
Problem with ESI Actuator malfunction, sorted very rapidly by Tech Support. Replacement sent overnight. Excellent service.
