Easy to speak with on the phone.
Excellent response when we did call out assistance in France.
I wanted to extend annual cover to Zone 2, and the amendment cost no extra; revised documents were emailed immediately

I had a last minute change to my planned trip and the friendly support team have provided outstanding, swift help. Great service!

I am really impressed. Our car wouldn't start in Spain and we had no idea why so I called it in. We got a call from someone in France and a few hours later a chap arrived but I guess thats because we were not classed as priority. He was a very nice man and sorted our car out and got it back on the road. Excellent service when in a foreign country I would have been confused and a bit frightened.

Euro Breakdown have today sorted out a problem with my request to extend my cover by 3 days. They had responded to my original request but the reply had gone into my Spam folder so I did not see it. However, they have now acted quickly and effectively to make the requested arrangements.

On a recent breakdown i would like to thank the team for the excellent service i received . 1st class team .

Couldn't find my documents but the guy on the online chat soon sorted it out and resent my secure link.

Truly excellent service, and great value for money. I have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Euro Breakdown. We have used them twice now, for long-term stays in Austria (about 3 months each time). Both times, small things went wrong with the car (a jammed hand brake, and a rodent gnawing through an ignition lead). Both times the service we received was outstanding. We were dealt with politely and efficiently, we had someone on the scene within 90mins, and each time the problem was resolved with minimum fuss. There were even follow-up phone calls afterwards to check everything was ok and sorted.

In other words, we have actually required repairs twice, and both times Euro Breakdown passed with flying colours. Can't recommend these guys enough.

I purchased Gold cover for my 2200 mile trip around Spain, questioning myself, it's something I may never use, and would it be cost effective,
But knowing I had cover was a huge relief and piece of mind,
Unfortunately we had to use the cover on the first day while driving down to the Costa Del Sol, we was travelling at 120 kmph just outside Salamanca, when we heard a loud pop, and my car a BMW 4 series convertible had no spare tyre.
We managed to pull off somewhere safe in a remote village,
I called the number and spoke to the guy, and he took my policy details, and asked if I was in a safe place, did I require any medical assistance which was reassuring, I used the app what three words, to pinpoint my location and was advised I will receive a further call, and 10 minutes later I received a call from a Spanish lady who spoke excellent English, I was advised I may need to be taken by taxi to a hotel, the car will be recovered, and taken to a garage and the tyre be repaired in the morning,
I was told this could be up too 90 minutes, it was now getting dark, but 20 mins later, the recovery vehicle arrived, a man and his young son, who had been to a festival in the town, the car was put on the truck and we was driven into town 5 minutes away, to the garage, the tyre only needed repairing and 45 minutes later I was driving again.
What a wonderful experience, ok it was not great breaking down, but was nice to know we was treated so well, and we was on our way again.

What a great experience i have recently had with european breakdown. I used them last year and they couldnt have been more helpful..even though it was my own fault when i put the wrong fuel in my car in germany.
Fast forward to 2021..i re insured for this year..but due to covid i couldnt travel overland and had to fly instead. Many companies would have said tough luck..we dont refund etc etc..but not this one..they rescheduled my policy into an annual..and instated immediately to cover me from this september until september 2022..what a great company what great customer service.they will be highly reccomended by me..well done.

Had a question about a new policy and was answered quickly and positively. Nicely written email. Fast.

I spoke to Paul on webchat after finding out that my cover was restricted to Zone 1 (which doesn't include Spain) when I took the policy out specifically to go to Spain. Paul was very kind and with no hassle whatsoever, he amended the policy at no extra cost. Brilliant service and a great experience. Thank you Paul.
