Not had a response from this company since raising a complaint 13.11.22 following my car breaking down the day after I was told it would be safe to drive until an appointment date three weeks later was provided and despite the red warning light continuing to show problems with the electrics.
Rang numerous times and sent emails since but no response!

I purchased a Ford Mondeo MK V today and was guided throughout the deal from the initial viewing, to the test drive and final purchase by James Smart. James was very friendly and professional and had a good working knowledge of the vehicle I was interested in. He also helped me get a deal which I was happy with, which included the trading in of my present vehicle. The whole process went very smoothly and efficiently and I never had any problems. This is not the first car I have purchased from Evans Halshaw and can certainly recommend them and would deal with them again in the future.

Great service. James was helpful and had a great customer orientated manner. He put me at ease and was never in my face but was able to help me with my decision making. There was no stress or strain.

Nick was great- listened to what she wanted and made sure she was completely happy with her choice. We weren’t rushed at all, and Nick took the time to talk everything through with us.

Walked in, instantly seen to and only had a short (5min) wait to speak to Mike, who was incredibly polite, friendly and more than happy to explain some things and run me through features of the car.

Love the car, the attitude they all took and the atmosphere in the showroom was awesome.

Customer service was brilliant, Ian was down to earth, knowledgeable, friendly and guided me all the way, answered all my questions and listened. He was so easy to talk to and he made me laugh which put me at ease. Bought a great car from him, I took my time and test drove it and took a weekend to think about it, no pressure from him that's what made it a great experience. Highly recommended seller.

The customer service was incredible.
Nick was was with me every step of the way with his great advice, banter and his commitment to helping me get the car I wanted and needed due to changing circumstances.
He would ensure we had that constant communication to ensure everything was running smoothly and to plan.
He was more like a friend than a car salesman, and just made the whole experience a positive one.

After really poor service from another national car dealership for my last car I was sceptical about going to another national car dealership but this was a breeze. Looked at a car & bought it same day with absolutely zero issues.

Rang up and spoke to Ian Bexley at 1030. Test drove a used eco sport at 1200. Drive home in the same car the same day. Ian was a very friendly and helpful man explained everything I never felt pressured to buy anything I didn’t want and got the car I really wanted too first class service

From first meeting Ian Bexley (Priory Park Hull branch) nothing was too much trouble, he was friendly and very helpful, he answered all my questions, had patience and was very helpful, not pushy in the slightest, I am pleased to say, if he had had been pushy, I would not have bought my car from him!

I went into Evans Halshaw, Ford - Hull, not really sure of what I wanted or where to even start. I had the pleasure of meeting Nick who helped me and explained everything to me from start to finish. I now have a car I love and look forward to dealing with him again in the future.

I have to say after a buying the vehicle and having a mechanical problem Paul from evans Halshaw has gone out of his way to sort the issue and I must say the repairs were dealt with at a professional garage from the pick up of the vehicle to the repairs. 😀fantastic after care

Just bought a Ford Fiesta st line from Evans halshaw at hessle, hull, we dealt with Ian, what a lovely man, couldn’t fault his customer care from start to finish, no hard sell at all like we’ve had in the past with other garages!! He arranged a test drive for us, no hassle, love our new fiesta and Ian made the whole experience the best we’ve ever had when buying a new car as can be very stressful!! After my own lovely car had been stolen off my driveway, I was in need of a replacement as soon as possible. Looking on the used car listings I found the exact same car, same colour - everything identical apart from the number plate so I had to have it! As Hull was some 150 miles away from me, Ian was amazingly helpful and very patient. Very pleased with the car they delivered and the ease and efficiency of the transaction via email and phone.
