Colin was absolutely brilliant. Really went out of his way to make the process as stress free as possible. Couldn’t have done more for us. Haven’t laughed so much in ages as well. Really happy with our new car

Aatrocious dealership, they make up issues. Damage your vehicle, tell you it needs this and that to repair it. Then don't even replace the parts they say it needs because they caused the damage. Bad communication and don't do the job properly and lie to your face.
DO NOT GO THERE.

Looked at an ex demonstrator focus & salesman Gary Brown was excellent from the word go. Got me a great price for my trade in and kept me informed throughout the process of buying and trading in. Even came in on his day off for me to pick up my new car. Gary is a great advert for Evan Halshaw.

Went to Evan’s Halshaw in Cumbernauld Road specifically to see 2 Seat Aronas they had for sale. We were fortunate enough to have Greg Black guide us through the purchase of the car we chose. Greg was courteous and extremely helpful answering any questions we had . He definitely deserves five stars.

Thanks to Gary Brown at Evans Halshaw, Cumbernauld Road, Glasgow for guiding us through the purchase process for the Skoda Superb. He was very patient and was happy to deal with all our questions. He was also very efficient with the various bits of paperwork relating to the trade in and purchase of the car. His after sales service has also been excellent, dealing with a couple of minor queries - it is comforting to know that your call or email is always going to be responded to and dealt with appropriately.

Smooth transaction with Greg who fully explained the finance and 'extras' with no hassle or pushiness and met our requirements on monthly payments. We requested a bumper repair and the car badging to be sorted in advance of pick up and this was carried out without quibble. Hoping the Aftercare plan we signed up for goes as smoothly in future dealings.

Just to say Nicole and Stacey (Service Department) were superb in dealing with my daughter’s car which needed a repair after recently being bought at another Evan’s Halshaw branch. They liaised with the other branch and ensured the repair could go ahead. Thank you both for helping us sort an issue. Service like that is much appreciated.

Valuing your car Shocking handling of a call by Gary at the Cumbernauld road Ford branch in a bereavement situation!

After advertising online that they buy cars I booked in with this branch for this Saturday online. This was for my dad's car who has passed away. The online process told me to call them as the paperwork requirements would be different in this circumstance.

I called this branch 5 minutes ago to be met with a barrage from Gary who said we don't deal with this at this branch. We don't have the specialist team to deal with this. You'll need to go to another branch. I asked for the specialist team number. Didn't know. I asked for a complaints team number. Didn't know. I asked for head office number. Didn't know!!! He was rude, arrogant and raised his voice and tone and the proceeded to patronise me by calling me Pet! Females be aware that you are dealing with a proper misogynist here. Do not deal with this horrible person and branch. The lack of professionalism and empathy have left me stunned

I cound this branch to be full of liars car wouldnt start first to days when i got it garry brown said all scratches and chips would be fixed ive kept on been down to showroom just get fob of last time i was down gave me a pot of paint gave me a warrnt ey i never asked for for wish ia paying even there manager tells u they will fone u in 5 ive been waiting days and days please dont buy from them ul get csr thats damaged or wont start
