Our experience could not have been better, the car is a mobility car and as I can’t drive at the moment they sent someone round to pick up the car early morning and sent a video of the work they had done for the service and then the car was delivered back to us.

Sold my car to the Middlesbrough branch after being promised a fast pay out and ‘seamless transition’.
After dealing with sales agent Peter, I was informed that my outstanding car finance would be settled and the remaining money would be transferred into my account after 48 working hours (MAX). I was happy with this and signed the necessary paperwork- completing the sale.

The sale was completed on a Friday so, I was happy with the explanation that the funds may reach my account after the weekend.

I was told: “if your lucky, you may receive the pay out this evening or at absolutely latest Monday evening”.

As the weekend passed I called the sales team to reconfirm when the money would be deposited into my account. I was told that the funds would reach my account by that very evening. I asked if he can double check that everything was on track, and I would be definitely paid. I was firmly ensured that I would be paid out ‘defiantly’ by that evening.

Needless to say, I didn’t receive the funds Within that time frame. The finance still shows as outstanding and i’m having to chase for my money. Delaying the process of me purchasing another car.

At the time of this review i’m 5 days post car sale and still have no funds***

This is not the first time this has happened either. I’ve been Misled by the very same garage before and it took over a week of me chasing, Multiple phone-calls backwards and forwards to get my funds (A car deposit refund).

I’m aware the payments are not sent from the store it’s self but, from the payments department elsewhere. However, there’s questionable levels of integrity displayed here by staff.
They should not be promising customers with timeframes if they can not be adhered too. For a second time.

You would think from a sales agent with over 15 years of experience within the company. He would know better. I’m highly disappointed to say the least.

I recently bought a car from him, and unfortunately 4 weeks ago I broke down. Long story short, the car needed a full new engine. Thankfully this was covered with the premium guarantee and has been fixed and returned to me. Had nothing but great service from Ella from the start - don't normally write reviews but after reading some of the reviews on Trust Pilot on Pendragon, I feel like a positive review was needed!

3rd service for the car in 2 years, yes I must drive a lot, and as usual just straight forward and reliable. If you take out a plan you will end up cheaper than being at an alternative independent garage - and you know you are in good hands, no fuss, just bang on service. Been going to this dealership for years and will continue to do so!

Bought a used car with a faulty headlight, been in the garage three weeks and no timescale of when I will get my car back. Not great service!! Sold a faulty car that wasn’t road legal.

Great service from start to finish. Informed of progress and issues via video which was helpful and problems fixed and sorted quickly. Very handy pick up service too.

The usual high standard of customer service from Angela who kept me informed all the way through the servicing process. She is a huge credit and asset to your firm. Servicing prices a bit on the expensive side but you get what you pay for. Best mention Daz who collected/delivered car - a real nice gentleman.

Good efficient well organised, kept me updated,service and mot. Acknowledged wet belt extra vigilance problem. Personal video service available so you can see evidence of the condition of your own car, although there was a wee problem emailing this. A Bit expensive but not too much.

We purchased our car from another branch, and middlesbrough branch helped diagnose the problem and informed the people who needed to know.Much appreciated.

Received absolutely first class service today.. Panic stations as I'd lost my Micra's Wheel Locking Nut (WLN) key, needed for sale of car. So I called in on their Parts department. The chap there went the extra mile, finding the key to remove all 4 WLNs and replaced with standard nuts. All for a great price, in my opinion.

As per usual the service was top class. The staff are very friendly and helpful and make you feel very welcome. Highly recommended.
