Fantastic customer service

Called and Rebecca has been super helping as we need to update the insurance. Some of the best customer service I have received and is keeping us updated with any progress. All calls should be like this!

Great interaction

Spoke with Jodie on the phone who went through all the questions to start up a quote! As a first time buyer, Jodie was very patient with me, explained anything I did not understand and reassured me in terms of questions I couldn’t answer in that moment!

I was recently contacted by this insurance company to discuss home insurance on my first property purchase, and I was genuinely impressed with the level of service I received. Jodie Wool was very friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. She took the time to understand my needs and walked me through the available options without any pressure.

The quotes Jodie provided were clear, competitive, and tailored to my situation, which made the whole process much easier to navigate. I especially appreciated how there was no pressure to on decided what suited me best and she allowed me to take time to review before making a decision. Jodie happily answered any questions I had quickly and thoroughly making sure I had clear understanding in a process which is new to me.

I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable insurance advice, this is down to Jodie and her great customer service.

Lengthy call but worth it

Had a lengthy telephone call with Theodore regarding a home insurance quote. He was extremely polite and explained things thoroughly. It was a pleasant change to have such a positive customer service.
