Cancelling My Policy

This morning I had to call to cancel my policy within my 14 day cooling off period.
Joel was excellent talking me through the process, explained every step whilst going into detail on how/when I’d receive the refund.

I have received my confirmation of cancellation via email. I am happy with the experience.

First time buyer friendly

I spoke to a very helpful advisor Oscar, who talked me through everything and made sure I got the best deal possible. As a first time buyer it settled a lot of worries and gaps in knowledge I had, he was very patient with me and answered all the questions I had.

Highly recommended

Highly recommended. First2Protect made setting up the insurance on my Mum’s flat and subsequently cancelling it a clear and simple process.
They explained everything clearly; were efficient, friendly and polite at all times- a real pleasure to work with.

Rachel was very helpful

Rachel was very helpful - efficient, friendly and knowledgeable. I felt I could trust what she told me. We arranged home insurance and extras without fuss and I paid on the spot. All went well. Thank you Rachel!

New quote for my new house

I am moving house so needed to change my home insurance policy. Joel made the whole process very simple and easy to understand. The change in policy was done in a timely manner and every thing was well explained.
