The ring is stunning with beautiful packaging. Very pleased. However I was unaware that I would have to pay customs a few weeks after the purchase at my post office. I some how missed this detail when purchasing. It was inconvenient to travel to po and it cost me another 16 euro. I live in ireland and assumed that all was included in price as with Amazon .V

My order did not arrive and without hesitation a replacement has been sent, customer service was exceptional 🤗

I had to contact this company re a repair query on a ring i recently purchased. The quickness of the replies from customer services even at this time of year ( 1 week before christmas) was simply over and above what i expected.
They answered my query efficiently professionally and i can't thank them enough for the outcome. They really have made christmas that little bit more special for us.
I have ordered a few items of jewellery from this company and will definitely visit there online shop for future purchases.

I am a great fan of Fiyah jewellery, I have four daughters and a present from Fiyah is always appreciated. Their Customer Service is second to none and any query is quickly replied to in a courteous and helpful manner.

I am a customer of FIYAH Jewellery and am quite happy with their Customer Service Department. I have never had a company get back to me so quickly regarding orders that I have placed. Not only that, I live in the United States so they're taking the time and effort to communicate from a great distance away.

Loved these beautiful rings. I have 4 (2 for my children and 2 for our grandchildren).
Lost in the mail, customer service was so speedy and polite and replaced them within days.

I cannot praise the customer service for this company high enough. I sent an email on a Sunday evening enquiring if they did repairs. First thing Monday morning I was contacted by email by Emily offering to replace the items, one of the items was no longer in stock and so I was asked to choose a replacement. I advised by email on Monday evening and the items were delivered on the following Wednesday. There was also a white feather thoughtfully popped into the package. I have told everyone I know how amazing the customer service is and I will most certainly head to Fiyah for any jewellery I buy in future. Top class service, communication, thoughfullness and the jewellery is amazing. Thank you Fiyah.

Lovely silver feather!!!! Delicate

Ordered two. Arrived quickly. Beautiful rings and lovely packaging.
Only one small suggestion. It would be really nice if the little card could fit inside the box so they could be kept together.

I bought 2 of these rings in gold, they arrived today. I am so used to being ripped off that i was not expecting them to be of such quality and craftmanship. I am so impressed i just ordered 4 silver for my daughters. LOVE this site.

The silver feather ring is so pretty. Bought it for my niece as a Christmas present, it's a lovely sentimental present but something you can wear at anytime. I've added my own little white feather in the box, I've placed through the centre of the ring, really sets it off. Definitley worth the money.

I bought this ring for my mum after seeing it on facebook xx no occassion no nothing. I half expected it to be a scam but what i got was amazing. The feather ring is lovely and the package was beyond expectation xx my mum was more than happy in her own words "over the moon" xx thank you xx

The two rings I bought as gifts were delightfully received. They loved them. Also, it was possible to put a note in with the gift, which made it all the more personal. The delivery was fast and I would highly recommend FIYAH jewellery.

I love my feather ring. It is even prettier than it looks in pictures. Very good quality and arrived on time. It is also packaged really well in a very nice box, up lifting card and a beautiful feather. I recommend FIYAH to all. Tina L.
