I have had a very bad experience with this company. DO NOT USE. I ordered panels and first of all the delivery company said they attempted to deliver each time but did not attempt to come to the door. 3rd time my neighbour brought them up. When my tradesmen opened the boxes they were shocked, every panel had been damaged and was not usable without a significant number of joins, which would make the panels look really bad. I had to still pay some money to the trades as they had slotted me in for 3 days therefore I was already out of pocket. I was also on a tight timeline as I had to go abroad for work. I contacted Floors to Walls and had repeatedly told them that i was not in the country but they ignored what I said and decided to send a courier company to collect the panels. Needless to say no one was home. I asked them to send replacements to my parents. This has not happened nor a refund even though the pictures clearly show the damage that has happened to the panels. I now will need to go through my credit card company to get a refund as I have said to Walls to panels they can collect once I am back in the country. Please do not use, I saved for a long time to get my bathroom done and now I am at the start but out of pocket. There are wall panel companies that are much better and have a better level of customer care. I also need to note that i am not one to leave bad reviews but this situation has left me upset and Walls to Floors do not listen to what you are telling them nor do they care.

Decided to replace some panels in the bathroom but I was unsure on the type and colour that would best suit my needs. After speaking with Adam, he gave me great advice on the product I needed and delivered in a timely manner. The products were good an I would definitely order again from this company.

We ordered our wall panels from the website, which were quite expensive. I had previously called the company to make sure they were what we were looking for, considering the price. They told me they were exactly what we needed. However, they use a delivery company that does not care at all. We received the products damaged and the wall panels were cheap plastic material. They are not worth the amount of money you pay for them. My joiner was shocked when they opened it. These panels are made of plastic, cheap and very fragile. They are not multilayers. We asked for a refund and for them to come and collect the items since damaged and useless. They rescheduled a collection with the same delivery company, we were asked to book a date for collection, asking for us to be home the whole day. There were not a lot of slots available, so we picked Friday and moved around all our work appointments. The delivery company never came, nor contacted us. We had to wait the whole weekend with the very large items indoors. They were able to come and collect the items on the following Monday, but never replied to my emails. We are now waiting for a full refund, which Adam told me he will issue once the items are back to him. I hope this is true and I do not have to leave an update or another review about it. Horrible experience, I will never again buy from them. I would also suggest the company changing their delivery company.

Ordered 2 shower panels Thursday, arrived Friday as promised. Good quality and no damage.

Do not use they supply in rubbish packaging and take no responsibility for damage , waste of money and put all the blame on me, cheep product, lousy service don’t waste your time and money

See what I mean from their response below, they even lie to try to dispute poor reviews, goods delivered 12th October, sent pics and description of damage on 21st October, and the damage was all my fault, so unless you are prepared to open and inspect every panel before signing for them dont waste your time with these guys!

As a builder I can't fault them. Another supplier let me down and these people delivered free. ordered Friday and delivered Monday. very well packaged which is a first!. top marks

I ordered panels for £545.87. 11 of the light grey panels which was correct but I didn't receive 2 packs of dark grey panels, I had to constantly chase these up by phoning them or emailing them. When I eventually received these they were totally different to the Pictures shown. When I queried this I was told that this is what I ordered. I am now stuck with 2 full packs of dark grey panels that are of no use to me. They are showing the same pictures on the website for different panels but are nothing like it when you get them. I ordered the Multi tile anthracite. I'm very disappointed.

Review removed as it was placed for the wrong company. I was unable to remove my one star so I've given 5 stars because customer service responded politely, were responsive to my concerns and do not have a delivery charge. If only the company i was intending to review had the same customer service ethos.

Excellent service , very professional, would highly recommended this company 100 percent , outstanding service , lovely lady i spoke to laura was very polite ,helped me throu order process and helped me what I needed she was very professional, she is credit to this company, very helpful and I would definitely recommend this company to family and friends high quality products and staff very good at there job x

Next day delivery is a joke my order turned up a week late and the colour match was different from my first order, Sent off a sample of the correct panel to Adam and he has not responded to me so I have gone elsewhere to get the correct colour match and will not be using floors to walls again !

Couldn't recommend this company enough. Fantastic customer service, I wasn't 100% sure what I needed (sizes and accessories etc) but they explained everything and talked me through the products which was really helpful.
Products themselves were great and free next day delivery, very happy customer.

I can’t wait to order some panels for my ceiling next, I ordered some of the white sparkle shower panels, excellent quality and so easy to fit, the customer service was fantastic definitely recommend.

I wasnt sure what product was best for the area i needed to cover. But, after speaking to them, their knowledge and advice was fantastic and quickly determined what product was best. They also explained how best to measure up. Delivery came when it was expected. I cannot thank them enough. I will be using this company again. Thankyou.

Shower panelling for a wet room, sting panes and good quality

I ordered 5 of the "white sparkle" shower panels for my mothers bathroom, they were delivered on time and to be fair to the guys at floors to walls they really could not have been more helpful.

First I ordered a free sample of the panels so l could check quality. I was happy so I ordered three panels and two trims. They came quickly and where packaged really well. No damage and they look fantastic. Ours where the herringbone pattern. I'm really happy with them.

I bought panels and they don’t butt up together so have a big gaps. I did get a refund after 3 weeks so was left with no bathroom and had to pay the fitter extra money to put them up then take them down.
Just look elsewhere

Great products, company was a great help definitely recommend floors to walls, cracking staff they are spot on couldn’t do enough to help, fantastic services and products!

Absolute shambles. Ordered on Thursday afternoon panels that were in stock for next day delivery. On Monday morning order was showing despatched, but did not land. I chased Monday afternoon and then Tuesday morning, just before midday response came that they only got it in stock that day. Consider delay I asked for a reasonable ETA on Wednesday, which they promised to provide in the following morning. In the morning they simply said: It will be some time today. So 1 day delivery took a week and resulted in additional expenses for me. Absolutely incompetent and unprofessional customer service in any aspect. Plus nearly each pack had a board in different brightness. They refuse to admit any liability. Never to be used again. Now they stopped reviews to be posted on FB!
