We bought the large grey marble shower wall panels & spent over £600. The boards arrived damaged twice and we never received an order intact. But worse was when we put 3 up around the bath and had to stop because we could see the internal structure where the bathroom light reflected on the panels. It looks like grid lines on top of the marble effect and I think it looks terrible and unacceptable. When I complained the company wrote back "With the panels being hollow cavity, the internal structure can become visible when light catches the panel.
This is common to all hollow cavity panels." We were not told this before we complained so I hope it will be helpful for customers to know this when considering whether to purchase or not. I cannot recommend this product or the company. I concur with previous reviews that the customer service is terrible but so was the product we received.

Horrible customer service and delivery.
Courier delivered it to the wrong address which was 1 Mile away from my house.the aged owners of the house where the delivery happened drove up to me at night saying a big shower panel is lying on their drive please remove it as it caused access issues due the size of it I had arrange a man with a van to bring it over to me as there was no way I can contact anyone at 8pm from floor to tiles. Next morning when I rang them to tell them about the issue the gentleman behind the phone said these errors are common and we could have arranged a re delivery. Really ??!!! What if the panel got stolen at night or caused injury to the aged couple where the delivery happened...this is not the company I would advice anyone to deal with absolute disaster they are.

Great products and outstanding service - never experienced better. I write as a private landlord of some forty five years experience. I confirm that this review was entirely unsolicited and - whilst accepting the good faith in which previous reviews have been posted - have been astonished to read them. Whatever was wrong in the past I would strongly recommend giving this company a chance.

Absolute terrible company, ordered for delivery with a hefty delivery fee after putting postcode in, text message to say items shipped a full week later an email requesting nearly another 30 for delivery, absolute joke, guy couldn't care less. Honestly avoid avoid avoid

I’d like to let others be warned. We bought 2 white pvc showerboards, my son had previously put some up in his own place, so I decided to get the same. I did not order them from the same supplyer. That was the mistake. I bought them from floorstowalls. My son took one outside to cut, it took him half an hour, the board was totally discoloured, it has brown streaks and spots on.
The similar pvc boards that we bought previously ( from another company ) are fine, the offcuts have been out in the garden for over a month and they are still pristine white.
We reported the fault, and were advised that we would be contacted the following day, but no phonecall came. Today my son rang them up and , no they wont budge! We can have a refund for the one uncut sheet but the postage will cost too much to return them.
Feel very unsatisfied.
We have been told that they were not suitable for outside use - but these were only left for half an hour, whilst working on them and they were discoloured.

We ordered 6 wall panels and 7 adhesives 9 weeks ago.the panels came but we did not take ownership of them as they were all broken.i spoke to Adam who said he would redeliver the panels the following week. That week arrived..no panels..the following week...no panels.after 11 attempts to call them adam was unavailable but Jonny told me he would get Adam to call me back.a week passed ...I called again and Adam told me the sheets were in Rhyl and were due out by the end of the week. Following week still no panels.i spoke to Johnny once again who said that they were in Haydock. Unable to get the fight response I called Tuffnels who told me there was no panels awaiting delivery to me.
I called back and Adam was unavailable once again.i was told by Johnny that he would reorder them. The following week the panels were delivered....the cardboard coverings were soaking wet and 3 out of the 6 panels were broken.evrn though they were well packaged they had obviously been left outside by Tuffnells.
Floorstowalls have no customer relations whatsoever. After 9 weeks if waiting we had 50% of our delivery broken and had to improvise to make things fit.10 photographs of the damaged items were emailed to floorstowalls but to date we have not received the courtesy of a response.
Would definitely would not use this company again.

So following a £236.57 order, £175.47 of that were black fleck shower walls boards. I was told that the boards were left in the SERVICE ROAD at the back of my house, between a camper van and my garden fence. When i returned home from work that day....NOTHING there. Because the adhesive and boards were on separate deliveries, I had already taken the adhesive in the previous week through my front door as I was in. I called F2W up and spoke with the boss Adam. He was very helpful too begin with, contacting Tuffnels who were the logistics company. He came back to me to say that I gave Tuffnels authority to leave OFF my property in a service road. Now, I work for the Police, so why the hell would I do this knowing that people steal items!!!! I HAVE NEVER EVER spoken to Tuffnels, although I have tried too. I left it a week as Adam said he had contacted Tufnells to retrieve phone records as proof, nothing to date. I then called Adam back and he suggested him speaking to his accounts department as he wasn't getting anywhere with Tuffnels and it was a probability that he would get new panels delivered to me. This was over a week ago. Now, I am not a person who hounds people, but when I am £175 out of pocket and CANNOT complete my bathroom, it gives me the ump. Today, I have spoken twice to F2W and Adam has been taking in deliveries down in the warehouse, but they took my details, TWICE. I then couldn't get through to them, withheld my number and bingo, I got through but Adam couldn't come to the phone....AGAIN!! I need to find out if there is anyway I can take this further as I just want to complete my bathroom so I can start on another project.
To begin with, Adam was very helpful and chatty and knew I was not pulling his leg. I am at my wits end and unhappy with the level of service I have ended up not getting. To ignore a customers calls is unprofessional and damn right rude. I for one will never recommend this company to anyone.
