Terrible if you have a problem. I bought 3 blue panels and 3 white. When the white panels were fitted they were a different shade of white. When the blue was fitted there was a very visible white line showing, on closer inspection the blue colour looked like it didn’t cover properly at end. Their answer to the white was they must have been a different batch number!! It was up to them to check before sending. As for the blue their answer was yes they do have a white line when connected, a faint white line I could live with but not a strong white line. They refused to refund me on the panels opened/ used. The problem could not been seen until fitted so it’s a win win situation for floors to walls and a lose lose situation for the customer, no walls panels and £500+ down the drain. BE AWARE

Wonderful service. Ordered slatwall panels at the weekend and recieved it first thing on Tuesday. The driver was lovely (ETA updates, he even put them into my summer house and messaged me when he delivered them - 5 star)

Useless delivery... totally incompetence

Ordered wallboards and received within the week. Very pricey but nice. Ordered floortiles and a few were damaged around the click area which was not visible however 1 tile was damaged on the top. This was noticed by my tiler who pointed it out to me when he was halfway through the job. Tried to resolve with representative from Floor to Walls who was exceptionally rude to me in writing. I tried to complain but this has been swept under their faulty carpet. Personally I believe every company should have a compliants policy and complaints handled professionally. It would be interesting if anyone Senior in the company was interested in customer satisfaction. Note the tiles were quite expensive so I didn't expect such poor quality. I would avoid this company. Respect and customer satisfaction is everything.

I will never purchase from this company again, thier return policy is geared to make you not return any product. I purchased 3 wall boards 22cm x 240cm. Their policy says I must pay my own postage. All the postage I could find was more expensive than the product I was returning. Floors To Walls were no help. I eventually got it back to them at a cost of £10, the product cost £49. They then made me prove to them that the product had been returned and provide photo evidence. I then had to chase up my refund. Once I got the refund it was short by £10. I asked why, a 20% restocking change. First time I have ever heard of that.
They are crooks and I will never use them again.

The worst customer service I have known I’ve been calling for a week now to find out where is my order and all I get told is there is no one available, and someone will call me back asap, I had one call on Friday and the guy said he will look into it and call me back within 30mins and. Nothing I’ve called 3 times today and have been told the same excuse. I was told last Wednesday I would definitely recieve my order by Friday. I arranged for a workman to come in on the Saturday and nothing turned up. Please think twice before ordering from this company. Shocking

I ordered Acoustic panels, on Saturday, they were delivered by the wonderful John this morning , Wednesday; super fast delivery
Even though the items were heavy, no problem to John he deliveredthem with care. He is from Sunderland, a credit to Floors to walls, a great company to work for.

Ordered from direct site in Durham. The boards arrived but the pattern was going the wrong way. Not in description which direction. We assumed they were horizontal as brick work. I rang head office and they agreed to exchange . I would be told of delivery date.
Van arrived whilst I was out. No warning just a text one hour AFTER delivery.
I rang head office who said they would be in touch. A week passed. I rang and emailed again. Again we will get back in touch. I've emailed and rang. Nothing no response.
So from saying I would highly recommend them. Now I won't bother.
I'm left with expensive boards that are no use to us. Customer service is broken promises

If I could of given No stars I would of!! Be extremely careful with your card details! I placed an order back in February, they couldn't deliver in time for when I needed the shower panels & I thought I had cancelled them, (sure I did)! Anyway, over 2 months later a van pulls up outside my house with a Floors to Walls delivery!!! Could not believe it, told the driver about what had happened & he took the panels back, waited & waited, but no credit came through. So I had to look back through my bank & one of the transactions was between the pages no ! & ", & I missed it, they hadn't just taken the amount I owed them out a few days later they had taken even more money out of my account!! I have rang them , they have rang me back once, I have spoke to them, I have emailed them, all to no avail!! They have all of my money still & I do not have a single item from them to show for the 2 lots of money they have taken!! Now they just do not reply to the email I keep sending them, but I am going to start my review campaign to warn genuine customers, this is not a 'straight' company! Please be very very careful & watch your bank accounts for extra's!

Well clearly that's totally untrue isn't it, because someone took another payment from me, that's quite a lot of money when I'm still waiting for the credit from the returned delivery!!

Great products! I bought 2 different styles of wall panels for my bathroom. One for the shower as a feature area, the Penine slate style, and for the rest of the room, I used a large tile style panel. My bathroom looks amazing! Good value too.

All in one piece

phoned to enquire about click and collect, was told to wait for a call back, which never came, received an email to which I responded negatively, Immeadiately got a phone call, explained the situation, cant remember the mans name, very apologetic and he sorted the problem straight away, sent out what I needed the next day free of charge, excellent work

Ordered replacement panel as one damaged in transit plus an additional one. Shipment arrived 4 days later but only one panel. Was told there was an error at the warehouse and the panel would arrive next day. Three days later and after several phone calls, panel still not arrived. Customer Service shameful.

Ordered via B&Q (was unaware they are a B&Q marketplace seller - if i had ordered directly, the item would have been almost half the price!).
Item listed as powder pink - item that arrived was lilac grey. Website advert clearly bears no resemblance to the actual colour of the item.
Contacted customer services, was told to peel back the plastic cover as this might show a different colour. Sorry, but peeling back the clear plastic doesn't materially change the colour!
Currently in the process of trying to return the items but having a nightmare. Incredibly difficult to get hold of anyone, get told someone will call back but they don't, get told different story from different staff members if you do get hold of them.
They used DX Delivery services which are also a shambles. So frustrated.

Ordered on their website only company I could find that offer the 260cm height shower panels. Delivery in four days which was good, however courier could improve on communication as no idea they were coming today but nice surprise. Thank you

I visited the unit and everyone was really helpful. Delivery was really quick. 2 panels were damaged and they replaced them the same day. Delivery driver was great and very helpful. I needed another delivery with more panels and they delivered them for free the next day. Thoroughly recommend.

Placed 2nd order with this company, the order went through ok no problems. The next day got a phone call demanding an extra £37.19 for postage. I then explained there was nothing about this extra cost in the basket, during adding address and at the checkout. But was told this extra cost was in the terms and conditions. I tried to explain no one really reads terms and conditions while ordering stuff online. Since this I’m glad to see they have updated website to show these extra costs are clearer. I since emailed them asking what courier they used and to have proof of courier cost of £53.14 which I’m still waiting.
