Absolute garbage, over priced ($241.78CAD for the annual) frequent buffering issues, especially when watching live (I guess because they only have so many servers which are being overloaded with high viewing demand) which leads me to my next complaintâŠa maximum streaming quality of 720p and their excuse is âwe donât want clients having streaming issues at higher resolutionsâ how about you just buy bigger servers that can deal with bigger amounts of data at any one time. Lastly ads?! Are you serious?! I am paying nearly $250 and you want to get further income from plastering ads everywhere?! You are charging a premium so I expect a premium product. Will definitely not be renewing my subscription.

Had issues gaining access to my account and the FloSports customer service reps were awesome. I was first able to talk to an actual person on the chat. Although Ian tried really hard, we just did not get to resolving the issue and he made a case # and someone from customer service contacted me via email. From there Scott handed me off to Patrick who had to have been there most thorough and patient support ever. I was incredibly impressed with his promptness to respond to my email exchanges.
