After years using FH I find now I get…

After years using FH I find now I get no response to emails for updates, facebook comments are deleted, no emails, no messages, nada. Its a shame because I was very happy with them give or take some minor probs. I wonder who works there now, have they got too busy? I feel worried and uncared for. Its not like the products are cheap. I just need a heads up and if I dont get one soon I will have trouble trusting them anymore. Things are not running as smoothly as they once did, Even my order before the last one has not had an updated status and that was months ago.
Update...Got a lovely message back and my stuff was shipped next day. Thank you.

4 Months Later: No Refund, No Response, No Explanation

I am posting this review to share my experience after waiting more than 4 months for a refund.

I placed an order worth €833.25 with Health France (Order ID: VJWKLBTNG). The shipment could not clear Hong Kong customs and was returned to the sender. According to DHL tracking (5194025675), the returned package was delivered and signed for by Health France on February 25.

Despite Health France having received the returned goods months ago, I have still not received any refund.

Over the past 4 months, I have repeatedly attempted to contact the company through email, phone calls, online contact forms, and Trustpilot. None of these efforts resulted in a response.

What concerns me most is not just the missing refund, but the complete absence of communication. There has been no acknowledgement of the issue, no explanation, and no indication that anyone is handling the case.

As of today:
- Health France has had the returned merchandise since February 25.
- I have not received a refund of €833.25.
- I have not received any response through any communication channel.
- Even my previous Trustpilot review has gone unanswered.

The company has had both the returned merchandise and my payment for more than 4 months while providing NO communication whatsoever.

I’ve had an extremely poor shopping…

I’ve had an extremely poor shopping experience with this French online store. I am a Chinese customer and purchased hyaluronic acid products on the official website on 26 March 2026. The goods cost 384 euros plus a delivery charge of 70.3 euros, with a total payment of 454.3 euros.
The consignment was compulsorily returned as it failed customs clearance. According to the logistics record, the returned parcel was shipped on 8 April 2026 and successfully sent back to the seller by 6 May 2026.
I have emailed the merchant numerous times to apply for a refund, yet I have never received any reply or feedback whatsoever. It is disappointing that such a business lacks basic commercial integrity and ignores all customer emails, leaving my enquiries completely unanswered. I have no choice but to seek assistance here.

I love this site…

I always have an amazing experience whenever I’ve ordered and just received my order and once again, the shipping was fast. I live in the states by the way and shipping from France to the US only took a week to receive my order. The prices are reasonable and the quality of their products are top tier , FRESH every time!!

Produit jamais reçu, une arnaque

Produit commandé, malgré des frais de livraison élevés sans aucune raison apparente pour un voyage Nice-Paris car la pharmacie se trouve apparemment à Nice (mais passons), et produit jamais reçu. L’entreprise a bien encaissé le paiement mais ne répond pas aux messages de suivi. Bref une arnaque complète et ils ne peuvent pas prétendre cette fois que c’est la douane car je vis en France… À fuir si vous ne souhaitez pas prendre d’argent!

Regardez-moi, ce site ne me rembourse pas l'argent.

Je me suis procuré deux acides hyaluroniques de la marque Juvéderm sur un site web le 18 août, avec le numéro de commande FFUIPBALZ-, pour un montant total de 441,48 euros. Cependant, les produits ont été saisis par la douane et n’ont pas pu entrer en Chine lors de leur livraison à Shanghai. Par la suite, j’ai contacté le vendeur pour demander un retour et un remboursement. Les informations logistiques indiquent que les produits ont été renvoyés le 26 août et que le vendeur a signé la réception du colis retourné.

Malheureusement, le vendeur ne me répond pas depuis que je le contacte et ne me rembourse pas non plus. J’ai visité la France à plusieurs reprises, et ce pays m’a laissé l’impression d’être un pays magnifique, à la mode, moderne et équitable. Maintenant, je suis désespéré. Je sollicite donc la plateforme de plainte des consommateurs française pour qu’elle protège les consommateurs étrangers et m

Achat satisfaisant mais quelques points à améliorer

J’ai passé une commande sur france-health.com. Le produit correspondait à mes attentes et le site propose un choix intéressant. La livraison a pris un peu plus de temps que prévu, mais le colis était bien emballé. Le service client a répondu à mes questions, même si le délai de réponse était un peu long. Dans l’ensemble, je suis plutôt satisfait, même s’il reste quelques petits aspects à perfectionner pour une expérience totalement fluide.

I payed 421 + taxes for exoskin dp which I orderd from another company for half of the price. I orderd from france health because I read ther its special price 421 for two packages.. BUT I ONLY GOT 1 FOR DOUBLE PRICE. NEVER AGAIN WITH THIS CHEATERS

As your invoice indicates, you paid €395 for the product + €25.25 shipping. Furthermore, as your invoice also indicates, you did not pay tax because you are located in Switzerland.
There is indeed a 10% off offer on two products purchased, but you only purchased one; the offer you are referring to has never existed on our website.
As stated in our general terms and conditions of sale, you have 14 days to return the unopened product.

The FDA got rid of fake products in Florida, and when I asked for a refund, they told me they couldn’t help since the items were never sent back. The reason? The FDA didn’t return them because they were burned.

The website has failed to process the returned package for over three months and has not handled the refund, which constitutes consumer fraud.

This website has consistently failed to process my returned package, which was sent back over three months ago. Despite my repeated attempts to contact you, no action has been taken, and no response has been provided. This has severely impacted my life and completely eroded my trust in this website.

My order number is NWGDZCHOX. I demand that you immediately process my returned package and issue my refund without further delay. Your inaction is unacceptable and shows a blatant disregard for consumer rights. Please take this matter seriously and resolve it promptly.
