I have never had an issue with Fred Perry themselves but I wish they didn’t use Yodel for the free returns. I’ve had two Fred Perry returns go missing with them, presumably stolen. The branded mailing bags probably don’t help with this. Luckily, Fred Perry has refunded me for both instances. If I purchase again in the future, it’ll have to be in store however this isn’t often possible as the women’s section keeps getting smaller and smaller.

Expensive jacket - The Harrington but definitely good quality. Attention to service was 10 out of 10 with Kennedy, our server, in Liverpool Steaming it before we purchased.

I ordered a jumper for my husband's Christmas present and received a women's Shein top. Be careful, the packaging was perfect and not tampered with...someone at wherever the items are sent from is substituting and sticking Shein rubbish in the parcels, unless a delivery person has got some FP envelopes and is reprinting labels. I really don't have time for this. It would be preferable to speak to someone, but no, all by email so slow to resolve.
Update: FP won't refund me as the delivery was 'successful'. I have not received what I ordered (no tags on Shein top, so assume my jumper stolen and switched for the cheap top). I've had to report this to the Police, spent time calling the Citizens Advice, who are surprised FP are ignoring the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and will flag the company to Trading Standards. I'm so glad this was over £100 and I used my credit card, but I still have to wait to see if that will be successful. I have one more letter I can send that CAB provided, it means taking FP to court. Be careful ordering online, and particularly with FP, this is a real wake up call and I should not be parting with my money online.

Leaving this review as a warning for others - don't buy one of their Classic Pique Caps. Purchased one during the middle of July and already the colour from it has badly faded. Given I didn't wear it for the first month after purchase, that means it's only retained it's colour for 2 months!! This is an absolute disgrace when you bear it mind that they're currently pricing them at £50.

It's a real shame as it's a very nice cap but you'd be better off with a cheap one from a market stall. The quality will be about the same but at least you won't have spent much on it. Fred Perry used to be regarded as a real mark of quality when I was younger but it looks as if they've gone the way of many a British retailer and let the quality standards drop. I'll be surprised if within a few years, they haven't gone the way of Ted Baker.

Dreadful. I bought 2 Made In England shirts and they both shrunk and changed shape after 1 wash. Really disappointed.

I had an issue with a pair of swim shorts that I absolutely loved!
They were no longer in stock so was gutted at the prospect of not being able to replace them.
The customer service team were amazing. Really helpful. Managed to source me a replacement pair.

I've ordered a lot from Fred Perry over the last few years and I've always been very pleased. I had recently ordered 3 items and when the parcel arrived everything seemed fine. When I went to open it however it was very easy to open (not like every other parcel that you have to physically rip open). I was missing 2 items and the returns note. I contacted Fred Perry customer service who were very helpful and replied quickly. I waited around 4 weeks before contacting them again, just to give them time to find out what happened with the carrier. They again got back to me very quickly and ended up resolving my issue with a refund. I was told the refund could take upto 10 business days, but I received it the very next day. Great customer service and I will continue to order from them.

Ich bewerte meine letzte Bestellung einer Winterjacke bei Fred Perry. Die Qualität ist dem Preis nicht angemessen und die Jacke ist dermassen schlecht geschnitten, dass sie am Bauch heftig ausbeult, wenn man sich nach vorne bückt. Ich habe sie zurückgesendet und leider wurden mir tatsächlich dafür dann auch noch 3,50 EUR Porto berechnet. Ich kann Fred Perry in der Qualität und im Service nicht mehr empfehlen, insbesondere europäische Käufer sollte dort nicht einkaufen.

Schlimmster Online-Shop ever. Der Horror. Support-Team scheint ernsthafte Probleme zu haben und verstrickt sich in unlogische Antworten, wenn überhaupt reagiert wird. 

Hatte die Retoure, wie von Fred Perry angeboten, im Ladengeschäft aufgegeben. Dann mehrmals nachgefragt und versucht herauszufinden, wann ich denn meine Retoure erstattet bekomme, nachdem das Wochen überfällig war. 



Es wurde erst persönlich und nicht mit standardisierten Antworten, die auf den Fall nicht passen konnten, auf meine Frage eingegangen, als ich einen Streitfall bei Paypal eröffnet habe. Auf meine Frage, warum nicht vorher schon, schrieb mir der Onlineshop ernsthaft, das ich immer die gleiche Frage stellen würde, auf die sie keine Antwort hätten.

Bitte? Ja klar, stelle ich die Frage, wo das Geld bleibt, wenn es nach über drei Wochen nicht da ist und ich Antworten bekomme, die überhaupt nicht auf das Problem eingehen. Das ist die Reaktion? Ich solle aufhören mich zu melden? Wie wäre es, wenn der Sache nachgegangen wird?

Spoiler: am Ende war es dann auch - wie zu erwarten war - ein Fehler von Fred Perry, der alles um Wochen verzögert hat. Das hat aber der Online-Support nicht herausgefunden, der sich ja tot gestellt hat, sondern der Kollege aus dem Laden.



Dann wurde gesagt, sie wissen nicht, ob der Online-Shop und das Ladengeschäft eine zusammenhängende Firma seien - man meinte "möglicherweise" - und man könne deshalb auch nicht nachfragen im Laden in dem ich die Retoure abgegeben hatte. Ich müsste mich dort selber melden, das macht der Support nicht. Das ich online bestellt habe und daher auch das eCommerce-Team sich kümmern sollte, da der Online-Shop mein Handelspartner ist, hat der Support nicht so gesehen. 



Dann wurde mir indirekt damit gedroht, das die Erstattung der Retoure sich sehr verzögern würde, wenn ich den Streitfall bei Paypal nicht schließe, bevor die Erstattung geleistet wurde. Bitte? Alleine die Frage, den Fall zu schließen bevor das Geld erstattet wurde und damit vor Paypal so zu tun, wie wenn der Fall erledigt wäre, ist hochgradig unseriös. Damit hätte ich dann überhaupt nichts mehr in der Hand gehabt und das Geld wahrscheinlich nie bekommen. 

Mal abgesehen davon, das der Support überhaupt erst so eine Art Aktivität gezeigt hatte, nachdem ich den Fall eröffnet habe.

Am Ende hat der sehr freundliche und kompetente Mitarbeiter im Laden dann weiterhelfen können, bei dem ich persönlich vorbeigehen musste.



Das eCommerce-Team des Online-Shops ist die absolute Katastrophe. Ehrlich: nie wieder. 


200€ le sweat qui peluche dès la première utilisation (dans une autre couleur que celle du vêtement)! Quel mépris pour les clients !!!

My son asked for a couple of these t shirts for his birthday . I ordered two ~ I was shocked by the poor quality of these overpriced pieces of tat. Pure garbage. I could not bring myself to purchase them £140 , for 2 items that cost next to nothing to throw together.
I really do not understand how intelligent individuals pay so much money to ensure super rich parasites get even wealthier. Not on my hard earned cash that is for sure. Trustpilot you need to add -rating s as I was unable to score below Zero which is what so called Fred Perry products are

I bought two polo shirts. The past five months. And having washed them on a cold wash a few times . They have now shrunk. And out of shape . These are not cheap. I then bought two polo shirts from the factory shop these were very cheap. And having washed them in the same way . Have not shrunk. Or out of shape

Not going into the ins and outs, but as an international brand Fred Perry quality of product and responsibility of ownership and care is the poorest rated so called design er brand I have came across.
Fred Perry should be ashamed of their quality of product ans aftercare. I will never purchase the product or any of their related products again .
I would have got a better response from Del, Rodney and uncle Albert.

I am a relatively long time buyer of premium and luxury clothing labels. The most important thing for me, and anybody else that likes to spend a bit more on branded clothing, is the quality. I purchased a plain white cotton Fred Perry t-shirt, on sale at £35, in a well known UK Department store recently (I won't name the store, it isn't their fault). I thoroughly inspected the t-shirt before I left the store, flawless. The next day I took it off the hanger, out of the wardrobe, put it on and tucked it into my chinos as it was a little bit longer than the Boss cardigan I wore over it. Later that evening I arrived home and got changed out of my outfit, hoping I hadn't spilt anything down the t-shirt. I hadn't, but I saw 2 tiny holes on the front, another 2 on the front right sleeve and 1 on the rear left sleeve.

This is unacceptable. And ironically enough, it's not the first brand named after a famous figure in sport where I've had an experience like this. Stealing a living using the heritage of a name in a respected sport, and producing garments to a shocking standard.
I believe a few of the reviews below, and they have lost my business.

I paid for the FREE next day delivery, after 5 days no delivery, got in touch with customer service and they were an absolute joke. Delivery turned up on day 7. But I had to drive 8 miles to get it from post office. I would not it off Fred Perry again…….customer service are a waste of time.

Brought a pair of B721 less than a year ago and wear them less than 10 times for sure. The leather is tearing apart where the sneakers naturally folds (right beside the mtp joint). This is outrageous for a 120€ sneakers… never again.

Compré una chaqueta y me llegó un modelo distinto ,me puse en contacto y todo fue muy bien la puede devolver me enviaron un código de descuento por las molestias y compré otra,la chica que me atendió Katerina fue muy amable conmigo y me envió sin coste unos stikers un parche y una chapa de la marca muy agradecido ,volveré a comprar sin dudarlo en FredPerry soy un fiel seguidor de esta marca hace más de 20 años.
