really poor. Got 2 shirts, poor quality, sizing wrong on both. hanging threads.
Returned at my cost and they denied they got items back. Would not recommend.

Einen Pullover bestellt, ein Poloshirt erhalten.
Rücksendung bei Fred Perry eingegangen, nach über einem Monat immer noch nicht bearbeitet.
Definitiv nicht zu empfehlen.

I placed a large order at the start of January and have followed up on three separate occasions regarding this matter. I only received one response and then heard nothing further.

Due to the lack of communication, I was forced to raise a PayPal dispute. Only after doing so did I receive a reply. I was then asked to close the dispute before a refund could be processed, as I was told they were unable to issue the refund while the dispute remained open. I declined to do this, as I did not feel it was appropriate to close the dispute without first receiving my refund.

To date, I am still waiting for my money to be returned. As this issue remains unresolved, I am now preparing to take further action, including pursuing the matter through the Small Claims Court if necessary.

Fred Perry use Evri courier, the most useless company I’ve ever experienced.
Forget the product , if they use these muppets then they’re not getting my business again . £150 top failed delivery for no reason. Messing about with useless website and no contact number . See you next Tuesday Simon

considération pour la fidélité

Très déçu par le service client. On dépense des sommes importantes (plus de 250 €) et on reçoit des réponses froides et automatiques dès qu'on demande un petit geste de fidélité. Aucun effort de leur part pour garder leurs clients réguliers. Un manque de flexibilité qui ne donne plus envie de commander chez eux. À bon entendeur.

am 4.januar 2026 ein 50% sale angebot bestellt. ein leinen hemd navy gr. m, versendet haben die ein kariertes frottee kleid gr. 8. das ist schon seit dem 13. januar wieder zurückgesendet. bis jetzt wurde ich von denen genötigt jede menge zu unternehmen damit ich mein geld zurück bekomme. die ware gab es auf jeden fall nicht für mich.das geld bis jetzt auch nicht. die machen einen fehler und ich darf das ausarbeiten. dreist fresch arrogant

Shockingly bad customer service. Purchased a pair of trainers for my husband’s birthday and two weeks later they still haven’t arrived and any compliant I made were simply met with “you’ll just have to wait for them to arrive and then request a refund” No apology, no refund, no care at all. Will never purchase from this company again

Una vergüenza de página. Compramos unas zapatillas para un regalo y nunca llegaba, hasta que reclamamos y nos dijeron que la dirección que tenia el transporte les faltaban datos, una excusa barata para cubrirse ellos. Encima pagamos 10€ por envío urgente, y llego casi 15 días después. Lo mejor de todo, es que después de reclamar me dicen que en 24-48 horas nos va a llegar el paquete y nadie nos avisa nadie nos dice nada y miramos en la agencia de transporte y el paquete está en una tienda para recogerlo nosotros! Vamos que no pensamos comprar en la vida ahi!

Paid for order. They haven't even passd to courier and said they cannot do anything other than ne wait for a parcel, return and wait for a refund. How can I do this when they aren't even sending it. Disgusting customer service. I can only assume the parcel is stolen and need to report as theft/fraud through bank.

So-so this time...t shirt was not looking good only after two sailing events I had, it was supposed to be of great quality, however...I bought it early this year and it already looks like 3+ years old, but at least it did not rip anywhere, so fabric good, but color not so much.

I bought a bag from the fred perry manchester city store. unfortunately the bag ended up being damaged Jack from the manchester store really went above and beyond and over all it was sorted so smoothly as I live in ireland this could have been so much more complicated than it ended up being thanks to the the brilliant customer service.

Customer service - 3 words - shocking, shocking, shocking. Delivery - 3 words - shocking, shocking, shocking. I will never buy anything Fred Perry again. Worst purchasing experience I’ve ever had. Parcel (£290) not delivered. Written to them 8 times, no response. Called many times, don’t answer the phone. I’m now going through my credit card company to get a refund in the same way you would if you were scammed online. In my view, that puts FP in the same league as scammers.

Auf Grund einer irreführenden Mail in der 30 % Rabatt in allen Outlets auf fast alles gewährt werden, sind wir von Hamburg nach Neumüster gefahren. Wie sich dort herausstellte war damit nur der Preisvorteil vom Outlet zum normalen Einzelhandel gemeint. Dies war aber so nicht formuliert. Jetzt wird es in den Nachrichten klar genannt. 30 % Preisvorteil zum UVP. Ich habe beimeCommerce Team meinen Ärger kund getan und eine freche, dreiste Antwort erhalten. Wäre mein Problem. 120 km und 2 Stunden für umsonst gefahren. Dass der Fehler beim Händler liegt, zeigt klar die überarbeitete neue Nachricht. Unprofessionell.

My parcel was stolen with them because they now ship with EVRI. The customer support was awful, would not recommend shopping online with this brand at all

Bought a number of polo shirts, and for years I’ve been able to to wash them together but when I washed my recents buys one of them the colour runs ruining a polo top and even though I have receipt and it was bought in a Fred Perry shop it’s a case of pass the buck between the shop and customer service I have sent them photos and included a receipt I’ve still got a ruined polo top and no further forward

Purchased a white branded bucket hat on line, the product was fine, but unfortunately I doubt I will order on line again as Evri, the courier of choice, are awful, specifically my local delivery driver, he is totally inept which deters me from buying from any company that uses this awful courier company to purchase goods on line
