Jævla svindlere, bestilte en Fred Parry bag 25 mai og fortsatt ikke kommet. Ba om å få pengene tilbake men det kunne de ikke. Dette er svindel så alle MÅ ligge langt unna dette selskapet.

Hice un pedido el día 22de junio el envío era gratis pero tardaba 5 días escogí la opción de pagar 10 euros para que me llegase el día 23 hoy 26 de junio no me ha llegado y encima me contestan que tenga paciencia que llegará pronto

the product quality especially of the tracksuit set is very poor and not worth what I've paid for it. Not happy at all. Did not last me long and I feel like I wasted my money.

Scam website beware! Once paid they claim Evri has lost the parcel and then don’t issue a refund avoid!

I tried to purchase a shirt from their website in early March. I never received an order confirmation but noticed that they charged my credit card for the order. A week later I contacted them inquiring about the order. They had no record of it. After going back and forth with them they essentially did nothing to correct the problem. At that point the solution would have been crediting my credit card for an order they knew nothing about or fulfilling the original order. They did neither. I finally had to set up a transaction dispute with the credit card company to have the charge removed. I have been a customer for years. Too bad I will have to move on. Really inept customer service.

Do not waste your time to shop on their website. The first reason , although the items you will receive are most likely out of stock, you will even receive shipping information. While you are waiting for your items, you will wake up the next day with the cancellation e-mail of your order. The second reason, let's say the item/s are in stock by chance. With express delivery, you will wait for it to reach you as soon as possible, your order will be dispatched to you with a regular parcel, although you pay the difference in price. The third and last reason is to ask customer service about this situation. Along with an apology email you will be told that the shipping fee will be refunded. Days will pass, but you will not get a refund in any way. I shopped twice; I've had problems with both. NEVER AGAIN.

nie wieder, ware nicht versendet, keine infos zur bestellung/versand, das paket scheint auf dem rückweg zu sein....scheint system zu haben, das ist schon kriminell.

Absolutely terrible customer services. Purchased a jumper faulty. Took over a month to get sorted. I had to pay to return item took over 40 emails to sort this issue.

After Evri telling me they had my delivey but there was a problem with it , 7 days later Evri delivered an empty parcel/bag . Even the courier commented it feels like there's nothing in it , contacted fred perry...nothing . No response at all . Will never recommend or buy again

Iconic brand has always supplied me with parkas, polo shirts etc over the years. Even buying online, In my experience, the customer care team go above & beyond to help you return anything you aren't 100% satisfied with.

Horrendous customer service. Ordered hundreds of pounds worth of stuff before Xmas, still not received and get no response from every possible way of contacting them. Fred Perry should be wearing a mask and change their brand name to Dick Turpin...

Made online transaction on 25th of December, still not had a delivery. I tried to call head office were I received someone shouting down the phone whilst repeating a generic line giving to everybody when they don't want to help.. the customer service representative then hung up the phone before letting me Finnish.. I then proceeded to make over FIFTY (50) calls back which were totally ignored... I am absolutely stunned. that that has to be the worst customer service I have ever encountered.. 50 calls! Been shopping at Fred Perry for over 30 year , I know all the workers at the Glasgow branch by name.. I won't be back shopping at Fred Perry! I shall take my custom else where in future..

It is totally unacceptable that I placed order on 15 Dec but still hear nothing from your side! You already missed the Christmas time and ruin my boxing date. I never ever bought from a so-call large brand but experience this kind of service! If you can't ship or no stock, please refund to me immediately. I am not going to spend my whole life in the same address and this is just a business trip. I will go to other country soon. Please give me an exact shipping date and expected delivery date. Otherwise, please full refund to my account!

Bought two items on line, they were delivered by Evri yesterday,as I was not at home it was thrown into the garden under the rain. Came back home the following day, so the parcel has been soaked wet for the all night. Tried to contact Evri, impossible even send an email, I then contacted Fred Perry , the answer of an associated Madibe, states that is the only option available....really???!! What about send it back to the warehouse??
Very disappointed.

This company doesn’t allow, in 2022, making gift wraps hiding the price.
I don’t talk about sustainability, I’m just telling you that this company doesn’t hide the price for a “gift” order.
Sustainability is another thing, this company ain’t customer centric.
Fred Perry was a good brand 10 years ago, now they’re just a company like another one…. Poor them!

Large selection of polo shirts. But the young consultant girl was poorly versed in the assortment. But still we bought 3 t-shirts and were satisfied with the purchase
