Honestly never felt the urge to write a review so quickly. Bought the women’s gingham tapered trousers. No wonder I couldn’t find a photo with an actual model wearing them. They would make anyone look like they were wearing a pair of pantaloons. Oh and not to mention how scared I’d be of catching fire. The actual material is awful. C’mon FP what’s going on. £130!!! You’re having a laugh and you’re having them sent straight back!

Pair of trainers bought from Cheshire oaks outlet, worn a couple of times and one tongue keeps riding down to the toe section. Contacted customer services and they said nothing they can do, even store couldn't assist as the manager wasn't in on the day I visited (no Deputy manager on the day with any responsibility?). I'll be staying away from this brand from now on.

I have bought online on a number of occasions, I have always found the delivery to be in a reasonable time.
I recently bought a coat which I had to return to exchange, spoke to Louise via online messaging responses were quick and she organized having a replacement sent to the nearest store so I could just go in and swap the item. First Class communication and felt like she did all she could to make the process easier.

Im a big fan of this company but the customer service very slow to answer

Terrible quality paid £85 for a jumper it's been washed once and is all bobbly the quality of the material is shoddy the customer service is none existent just wouldn't pay for that absolute tripe of a product again sort it out daylight robbery!

The quality of a jumper Bella Freud to Fred Perry was horrible shocking poor. 70 pounds for a jumper that I only used 3 time indoors and got holes on it already. The material is very poor. The jumper I bought from Primark are far more durable than some items from Fred Perry.

Terrible refund policy
I placed 2 orders in the beginning of March 2021. One for t-shirts, one for shoes. I had to return the shoes because they didn't fit. I kept the t-shirts. Although the track & trace of me return confirmed that my parcel was returned at their warehouse on March 5th, I still haven't received any refund. Multiple mails asking an explanation didn't result in a satisfactory answer, they say there are some delays because of Covid, but it really is unacceptable not having received a refund after almost a month! I am a frequent online buyer, and I almost never send parcels back. But one thing's sure: won't be buying anything at fredperry.com in the near future.

Persönlich kann ich all diese schlechten Bewertungen nicht nachvollziehen. Bin seit mehr als einem Jahr zufriedener Kunde. Die Bearbeitung der Artikel dauert eben mal ein paar Tage, mal geht aber auch alles ganz fix. Gestern in aller Früh schnell mal ne Trainingsjacke und einen Pullover bestellt, gerade mit UPS geliefert bekommen und das mit der Standart Lieferung ohne Express. Daumen doppelt hoch, Fred Perry. Über die Produkte braucht man eh nichts mehr zu sagen, top Qualität!

I ordered one from asos but never got it, a year or so later I then got one (gift) but I try to keep away fromm Fred Prerry, Stone Island ect because it is a football hooligan brand.

In terms of their service, no complaints, my sweatshirt was delivered well packaged and not a long waiting time. Unfortunately for my usual size L, it was enormous, so had to send back. Fairly hassle free refund using the CollectPlus scheme, just had to repackage the parcel and slap on the barcode that came with it and drop off at the nearest collection point, was able to track the parcel and received emails from both companies when my parcel was received and refund processed. Took a while for refund to get into my account however everything sorted within a week or so. Think I'll stick to buying in-store from now on

Fred Perry get a lot of bad reviews for their quality versus price these days but I have found quite a lot of good items for the price when they have regular sales. Delivery is always spot on too.

Poor, poor quality. Too much China. The quality does not match the high prices! Bad customer service.

Normalerweise kaufe ich immer vor Ort im Fred Perry Store. Da bin ich sehr zufrieden mit.
Leider kann ich das über den Online-Store nicht ansatzweise behaupten. Bestellt, bezahlt, verschickt und dann..... nix mehr. Mittlerweile hängt das Paket 8 Tage beim Versanddienstleister 60km von mir. Nachdem das Paket schon 5 Tage überfällig war ( laut Fred Perry soll man sich ja melden wenn Pakete nicht rechtzeitig ankommen), schrieb ich den Kundendienst von FP an. Die Antwort war, naja, sehr einfach. "Tut uns leid... liegt bei UPS.. Können wir nix machen...Geduld haben kommt schon irgendwann auch wenn niemand weiss wann". Na, vielen Dank dafür. Da die Ware ja schon bezahlt ist, schien es nicht weiter zu stören das der Kunde unzufrieden ist. Ein Modelabel was schon ordentliche Preise für seine Klamotten nimmt, sollte sich vielleicht mehr um seine Kunden kümmern. Ich habe draus gelernt und werde den Online-Shop meiden. Sollte das Drama weiter anhalten auch die Marke selber

So so. Sizes are a little off. Well, for me anyway. Maybe it was just bad luck but the shirt just about fits.

Bei Fred Online in UK bestellt, seit 15 Tagen immer noch nicht geliefert. Fred schiebt es auf UPS. Rückmeldungen blabla und jetzt soll ich noch 5-10 Tage auf meine bereits geleistete Zahlung warten. Was für ein schlechter Service und das bei einem so großen Namen, schade!

Rückzahlung vom zurückgesendeten Produkt dauert ewig! Ich warte nun bereits 1 Monat auf mein Geld!
