I returned two jackets totaling £300.00 last November. After a few weeks I enquired as to whether Fred Perry had received my returned goods. They sent me a photo of my returned box with two Asos pieces of clothing in the box, accusing me of getting confused and returning the wrong items! I returned two Fred Perry Jackets, and somewhere during transit someone has opened the box, removed my returned jackets and replaced them with two cheap Asos tops. I was absolutely livid when I received the email. I then contacted Collect Plus who did an investigation and contacted Fred Perry. Fred Perry confirmed to Collect Plus that my box had not been tampered with. Of course the returns box doesn't look like it's been tampered with someone has discreetly opened the box and stolen the items I had sent back. Fred Perry have refused to take any responsibility for this and have confirmed there is nothing they can do and have suggested closing the case. I'm now £300.00 out of pocket. I feel extremely angry with Fred Perry, as there seems little I can do about this. I was a regular customer of Fred Perry, however, I will never shop online with them again.

El 06/01 compre una sudadera de 150€ y aún no me ha llegado ni me han dado explicaciones. Te remiten a la empresa de transportes. UPS me manda un mensaje diciendo q el envío está retenido

I bought a sneakers on 4th Jan 2021 and still today (20th Jan) didn't receive the package. The company doesn't communicate any change in the shipment process and I call more than 20 times to UPS to unblock the customs requirements. Poor shipment process and bad communication/information with customers. Loosing a client.

Die Retouren-Regelung ist eine Frechheit. Retoure wurde am richtigen Zielort einfach nicht angenommen. So sitze ich nicht nur auf den Versandkosten sondern auch noch auf dem Entgelt das DHL für den Rückversand verlang. NIE WIEDER BEI FRED PERRY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I've worn fred perry clothes for nearly 40 years and I've never had an issue with the company whether buying online or in their shops. I've just purchased a taped t-shirt and I'm very happy. Good service and quick delivery. Thank you Fred Perry

Made an order to the value of £215 way back in September
Returned the items to Fred perry for the order and my money never to be seen again
Got my credit card company involved showed them my evidence of no refund and they were no help either

Absolute joke of a company run by cow boys

I brought a fred perry wallet for my brother in laws 50th birthday. He said that it started to come un done he only had it 10 months I contacted Fred perry they just said its an old wallet now. No replacement. After that no further action was taken by them then no response from them

Der "deutsche" Fred Perry Online Shop ist bis zu 30% teurer als der britische Shop. Erbärmlich!

Kein Prozess für Retour/Umtausch bei online Geschäft von Fred Perry vorhanden. Es erfolgt weder ein Bestätigung, dass die zurückgesendete Ware eingetroffen ist, noch erfolgt die Zusendung in der neu-gewünschten Größe! Es ist DRINGEND davon abzuraten online Ware bei Fred Perry zu bestellen, wenn man sich über die Größe nicht 100% sicher ist. Der E-Mail Austausch ist höflich, aber man wird hingehalten und es passiert nichts. Absolut unprofessionell!!

If there was a minus, I would give it. Seriously bad customer service, almost 6 weeks since I ordered and paid for a shirt on next day delivery. Have emailed, phoned, exposed all over social media, got absolutely nowhere. Avoid at all costs.

Absolut schlechter Service im Onlinehandel...Finger weg oder nur bestellen wenn ihr 100 % eure Grösse kennt und nicht zurück senden wollt...die Bearbeitung der Retour dauert ewig,kostet 18€ und eine Bestätigung zum Wareneingang kam nur nachdem ich den Ecomerce Service angerufen habe...nach 2 Wochen war immer noch kein neues Teil mit der richtigen Grösse zurück gesendet worden...habe dann telefonisch das Teil gecancelt.plus 2 x per Mail auf der Fred Perry Seite und dann wurde es auf einmal trotzdem versendet...obwohl ich vorher die Bestellung wegen zu langem warten gecancelt hatte und mir die Jacke schon im Shop in Berlin gekauft habe.
Nicht zu empfehlen....vollkommen unprofessioneller Service

Am 24. Juli bestellt und nach 1 Woche immer noch nicht losgeschickt. Supporthotline geht auch nicht dran. Für so eine teure Marke echt erbärmlich!

Bought trousers and a polo shirt. Order arrived quickly enough but the trousers were missing and the shirt size was too small. Countless emails chasing a refund for missing item and despite my return being received as confirmed by tracking my replacement hasn't been sent. Pitiful experience

Fred Perry delivered the same order twice, even though I had reported the payment had been processed twice before despatch. Over a month later they have not refunded the double payment taken from my credit card and the customer service is non-existent as other reviews state. I will not be ordering from this company again and reporting to Trading Standards.

Returned an item 2 weeks ago and still awaiting any correspondence or exchange. Telephoned but lady said they were working from home so had no direct contact with the factory! Funny they didn't tell. Me this when I purchased it from them!

The rating would be 5 star for the product. Shirts were great quality and really fast delivery.
I wanted to make a return of a couple items... and this is where their customer service (which is non-existent... I have had more marketing emails about sales & new products than responses to my enquiry!) loses them the stars.
It's been well over 2 months since making a return, and countless emails & contact forms later, I still haven't had my money back!

Got my shirt really quick through the post but it had a small imperfection so I sent it back after telling Fred Perry on 4th July. Have had no response from them as of yet and it’s two weeks two days ago now !!
I found head offices number and gave them a call and the lady was very helpful although she is not customer services but she put my request through just now so will have to wait and see . Awful that they take your money and make it so hard for you to simply communicate with them .

Appalling customer service.
I ordered some shoes online, same size and model I've been using for years, but the sizing was wrong, they were too large! The shoes were sent back almost two months ago and I still haven't received a refund or at least an answer to my multiple emails. They are disregarding completely the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
They've lost a loyal customer.
