Waiting on a exchange for a jacket for over 9 days, no contact has been made, emailed 3 times... nothing, rang the customer service desk about 25 times... nothing,rang head office, was told they would call me... back and never did. When the jacket arrived the first time the collar was creased beyond repair because they didn't use a hard backed box. Awful service

Poor quality. Clothes that were previously produced in Italy or Uk are "made in China" now. Quality has fallen and the prices are the same as before...

If I could rate no stars I would!
I ordered a pair of trainers for my mums birthday 2 months ago now.. when they come they had black finger marks on (they were white trainers) and also had dried mucus wiped down the shoe.
I complained in an email and received no reply! The shoes were sent back and still no refund.
Don’t recommend at all! Disgusting customer service skills. What sort of business doesn’t respond to a complaint? Not only is it it appalling that I had no response but with the current circumstances of covid19 all staff should be made to wear ppe, which clearly didn’t happen as you could see the finger prints on the shoes and also dried snot. It physically makes me feel sick to think about.

Ordered tipped placket polo shirt in wine red with concealed buttons great fit and ready to pick up in 18 hours direct from FP also ordered zipped polo shirt indirectly from Scott's menswear a couple of days before with striped collar both good quality and quick delivery.

Less than 24 hours from ordering and in my hands, great service and very happy with my polo top, great quality 👌🏼

Initially (back in May) my online order was processed in good time but the problems came when having to return items for exchange. The Collect+ service was super smooth and checking the tracking details, Fred Perry received items back within a few days but then silence. No confirmation of receipt, no replies to my three online form enquires (sent over the space of 8 days). It was only after calling their head office that my exchange order was processed. When it finally turned up one of the items was wrong so it had to go back again! Fred Perry has now had my second return for 13 days (so far) and as yet I’ve no exchange order details. Just to rub salt in the wounds, in all the time it’s taken, the items I originally purchased (back in May as a birthday treat to myself) are now on sale! The whole experience has left me exasperated and unfortunately the Fred Perry brand to me now feels tarnished.

Absolutely flawless service, my order was delivered via DPD within 24 hours of ordering and carriage was FOC! Perfect!

ordered 3 shirts from the sale and a day later decided to get a pair of trainers as well, was pleasantly surprised when both orders arrived within 48 hours the shoes less than 24, great quality products as well, excellent fit

My son only knows one brand and buys EVERYTHING from Fred Perry. Normally we buy in the store in Antwerp but throughout the corona we had to buy online. It was delivered 2 days later, but the shoes turned out to be bigger than his previous one (also Fred Perry). Returned at your own cost (16 €) with the question behind a size smaller. A few days later we could see via Bpost that they had arrived in Kent. Then it went silent and we found that his order had disappeared from the account. 3 mails sent (with a week between) and no response.
Meanwhile we are almost 2 months later and no payment or shoes. This is PURE ARROGANT THEFT and contempt for a loyal customer.
Aren't their clothes expensive enough that they have to make a profit this way?

Ridiculous customer service! Returned 2 dresses well over 6 weeks ago, have emailed many times had no reply and no refund.

SHOCKINGLY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICES!! RETURNED A SHIRT, WHICH WAS RECEIVED BY THEM OVER A MONTH AGO, STILL HAVE NOT BEEN REFUNDED. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE, OR REPLIES TO EMAILS....THE QUALITY OF THEIR CLOTHING HAS FALLEN THROUGH THE FLOOR, JUST DREADFUL. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

I bought a fred perry "sweatshirt " from m and m direct, it arrived very quick, thanks m and m. The "sweatshirt is no where near what you think a sweatshirt is, it's a long sleeved t shirt at best, and a thin one at that. Really poor quality, €53.00. It goes by the name of ladies black sweatshirt with embroidered logo on front. I have loved fred perry everything since I was a teenager, the love affair is over.😘

I have spent well over $1000 over the past couple of years on Fred Perry clothing, both in the in US and UK, the last two orders have been, right size WRONG colour, the latest one, right colour WRONG size... no such thing as customer loyalty, complete ineptitude seems to be par for the course.... won’t be buying online again, p1ss poor attitude ..

Very bad customer service , I had an issue with the delivery of my order, and send them 3 emails during a timeframe of a week and never got a response. Poor customer support and unacceptable behaviour not to reply.

Extremely poor quality products, polo shirts fit very small and then shrink in the cold wash. High prices for something that only lasts a few wears.

I emailed Fred Perry yesterday, as one of the goods I received had a security tag on them,(hence top can't be worn) this was given as a gift from our son(age 10) to his dad for his birthday. To our dismay no one has had the courtesy to respond. I have tried to telephone them as well and they just have a BT answerphone type stating 'sorry no-one can take your call' then the phone.
goes dead!

They were quick enough to take my money and despatch the goods but customer care certainly lets Fred Perry down!

This is not the type of service I expect from any company let alone Fred Perry!

Ich habe Schuhe über den offiziellen Online-Store von Fred Perry erworben, die sich als mangelhaft erwiesen. Binnen kurzer Frist löste sich das Innenfutter. Der englische Shop bot jedoch keine kundenfreundliche Prüfung des Mangels an. Der Verbraucher sollte die Versandkosten nach UK selbst zahlen und erhält sie nur erstattet, wenn Fred Perry den Mangel später anerkennen sollte - das ist nicht kundenfreundlich und widerspricht EU-Verbraucherrecht. Leider war es ein Fehlgriff im EU-Ausland (UK) über den Fred Perry Online Store einzukaufen. Als Verbraucher aus Deutschland nicht zu empfehlen, weil man seine Gewährleistungsrechte faktisch nicht durchsetzen kann.

Ordered footwear 3 days ago... received in original box new pair of footwear... second order in 6 months very happy with service and product overall :) Thanks Fred Perry :)

I like this brand but I should say the customer service is beyond bad.

I have purchased a couple of items.
And have noticed I put my old address right after the payment.

Yes it's my fault but they DO have customer service that never answer my request.

I feel either they don't have customer service employee or they simply don't work.
It's like talking to the wall.

Such a disappointing that good brand has horrible customer service.
