despues de realizar un pedido de un lastre para apnea i realizar el pago . :
primero el pedido tardava mucho en llegar. a todo esto me llega un mensaje de la ajencia tributaria que tenfo que pagar aranceles de inportacion , cosa que en la pagina web no te dicen nada. todo no termina aqui, mi pedido lo entregan en estados unidos siendo yo de barcelona España, al ponerme en contacto con ellos i despues de realizar los tramites de aduanas con el numero de pedido i adjuntando toda la documentacion , pues resulta que el num de envio estava mal segun ellos , todo lo que he hecho no sirve para nada, llevo casi 1 mes esperando y me dicen que no puedo concelar el pedido.
es la ultima vez que compro en esta pagina , y ya me encargare de que nadie de mi alrededor lo haga tampoco. vamos unos impresentables . Hoy me ha llegado con la caja en mal estado y al abrirlo todo el poliexpan casi desecho . NUNCA MAS EN FREEDIVERS SHOP

The educational videos really helped me make the best decision on purchasing these beautiful fins! The shipping was timely and efficient!

The shipping cost does not include taxes for the parcel to be delivered in a different country whereas there is a simulator tool on their website. The taxes to receive the parcel represented an extra 30% of the cost. It is not correct from Freedivers shop not to include the tax price in the simulation and let implies that all shipping cost are covered.
Also the product I ordered from the shop is a very bad quality and does not worth 25% of what I paid for it: this shop is a scam!!

The shop was very responsive and informative with regards to purchasing my 1st pair of freediving fins and shipped in time for me to use them on a relatively tight schedule. Forza foot pockets recommended for my size turned out to be one size too small, good for nylon socks but not the 3mm that were suggested. No biggie, don't mind having 2 pairs of pockets if necessary.

Great customer service. All inquiries were responded promptly and thoughtfully. Provide great advice on selecting fins.

Nach Kontakt mit dem Service von freediveshop mit der Bitte um priorisierung meiner Bestellung, leiteten diese alles in die Wege und sorgten für Expressversand direkt vom Hersteller im tiefsten Süden von Italien nach Bayern. Pünktlich in Rekordzeit wurde dann geliefert! Spitze! Lieferzeit statt 10 Tagen nur 5 Tage. Bin begeistert und kann den Shop nur weiterempfehlen.

1 month after order the items haven't even shipped. I ordered a named brand off the shelf wetsuit. They claim that they are manufacturing it still in their warehouse.

In response to your response. You are simply verifying that you are manufacturing these products yourself.
I've ordered an off the shelf standard sized wetsuit that requires no customisation whatsoever, and yet you claim it hasnt shipped for 1 month because you are still producing it in your warehouse? Lol.

There are problems with knowing the right size, so unfortunately I had to spend extra money! But theProduct arrives quickly.

I had an issue with an item I purchased and put a review here. Since then, I have been contacted by customer service and it has been resolved.

10 days already after order been placed.And till now not yet ship out.Very very slow…..

Absolutely faultless! Communication was fab keeping me updated at every step. Delivery was speedy, items were well packaged and secure. Really great company, will definitely use again and recommend! :)

I ordered carbon fiber fins with the standard foot pockets. The fins are excellent, They are so smooth while swimming. The pricing is very reasonable, and they shipped it to me expedited shipping. I am so happy with my fins, I will be a lifelong customer.
